I have a feeling you're looking for someone to give you "permission" to leave. Like, you want to, but you know it'll make waves/piss people off and even if it's best for you, you're a kind soul and hard worker and that's a normal feeling even in the worst workplaces.
We're all outside the situation and are saying that this sounds like a good opportunity for you. So if you need someone to tell you that it's okay to take this new job and tell your current employer to stuff it without guilt or hestitation, there's like, 30 people are telling you that.

Kiss that toxic place goodbye w/o a second thought.
Also don't move just yet. See how the new job pans out (3-6 months) THEN make the move. I've never lived closer than 45m to any job I have had - from my front door to the commuter train station to the 2 blocks to my office is a 60-75 min. commute, driving in its 90mins and I have GREAT music to listen to for my current position (2 1/2y in).
Ok douche, go ahead and call it mud. My husband DID have halitosis. We addressed it after I talked to you girls on here and guess what? Years later, no problem. Mofongo, you're a cunt. Eat shit. ~anonnamus
Knowing where you live, I can’t think of much that’s 45 min away, so that would sway my decision. Do you think you could possibly commute?
I obviously don't know where OP lives, nor do I want them to disclose, but moving for a 45 min commute seems like more trouble than it's worth. I guess I'd personally have to know that there are more employment opportunities closer to the new location 45 mins away, or closer to family, public transit, whatever is important to OP before sinking more money in to first and last, the expenses and headache of moving and so on. OP knows the area best, but I'd hate to regret the move even if the job worked out. There are pros and cons to moving to a new town/city even if it's 10 mins from your job.

I’ve also been a long commuter most of my career. One year was about 15 minutes, 2.5 years under 10. The rest 40-75. And maybe it’s me just justifying it, but I actually kind of like the separation, at least in the evening. Some time with NPR, lets the day wash away, and not close enough to get called in for fix something. So, just adding to the crowd to try the commute. It might not be that bad.

Update: I took the new job! I told the old job, boss was shocked and mad, they let me go immediately. So I’ll be off for a few weeks, but honestly that’s good. We’re looking at places to move to, but I’ll do the drive for awhile.
I really appreciate all the responses and support. FI was very supportive but also didn’t want to push me one way or another.

ETA: I need to learn to read all the way through the replies, lol. Congratulations! That your boss’s boss didn’t really get it tells me the work situation was bad beyond one toxic boss. So good on you for getting out!
I would definitely leave. I can’t believe tour current job is making your life worse after all that you’ve been through. But long hours is a huge no-no for me. I’ve always prioritized my life outside of work.
