I started grad school yesterday and I’m feeling very overwhelmed today. Everything is taking forever right now because it’s been so long since I had to APA format anything
DH was going to remodel/switch the laundry room and a closet to make me an office area. His summer got really awful at work so that didn’t happen. So hiding in the bedroom or working at the kitchen table seem to be my only choices and I don’t like either.
Hang on, let me remember the Chrome plug-in I used for citations. It was amazing.

Microsoft Word will do APA for you (and a few other formats). You enter the source info and it does the rest.
I tried figuring that out today and it was fighting me. I’m sure I’m just doing something wrong.

Congrats on starting school. APA will be the death of me.
Having the carpet cleaned and vents blown out was awesome but I got inspired and pulled apart both couches and did upholstery cleaning. Which would be fine but I’m overtired and much of my house & soft surfaces are a wreck and air drying.
It was a 13 hour day, but I came in 8th in my fencing competition. Which qualified me to fence at the national championships in the old lady group next summer. I’m a weird tired but not sleepy. But I’m sure if I dried my hair enough to go to bed, I’d pass out.
DH took DS to the music store today “just to look around” and purchased 6 weeks of drum lessons. They’re now watching beginner drum lesson videos on you tube and drumming on every surface in our family room. I keep telling myself this will be great, this will be so good for DS… where’s the Advil?
So much to do tomorrow before my mom arrives later this week for the high holidays. I’ve given up on having a spotless pristine house when she’s here, but there are some basic housekeeping things I need to do prior to her arrival. I to think I broke our vacuum today. Not sure if it’s worth trying to fix a 10 y/o Shark or just trying to work around the issue. (Mechanical parts work fine. The main hose won’t attach to the base, which makes it tricky to use. Not impossible, just tricky)
Work is so exhausting that doing anything on the weekend feels like a lot of effort. I hope this passes quickly!
Love it. We have a neighbor that has one and they left it up all year and would dress it up for each holiday. It was was the highlight of our dog walks seeing what the skeleton was wearing. It randomly disappeared about a month ago, I don’t know if it got blown over in a storm or someone complained about it or what, but I miss it.
I bought some premade turkey london broil a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was just bad, but not BAD. By the end I knew but figured I'd be okay. I was so sick. Can he throw it up? If not, warn him. It did not come out the end I thought it would and if there hadn't been a bathroom nearby ... I can't even think about it. It took about 24 hours to hit.
You weren’t on a Delta flight that had to return to Atlanta were you?
Haha! That wasn't me, but I now know how something like that can happen. Yikes!
