Taking kiddo to Norway at the very end of summer/first week of fall. She is desperate to go to Svalbard so we’re doing that, then Tromso, then down for a road trip through the Southern fjords. I have plans to go back solo and do a much longer Scandinavian adventure. But this trip is hers.
I’m heading to the UK to see Taylor Swift in concert in Liverpool - then taking a little tour of some castles in the UK for 10 days after. We’ll also see friends and family there.
My kids are with their dad this summer and they’re going to Tanzania for a week/10 days.
We are doing an AI in Mexico in June. I am excited for a relaxing trip as a family. It is H and I’s 20th anniversary this year so we wanted to take a trip as a fam to sort of symbolize how far we have come. H and I will do something together maybe in the fall.
We were going to go to Puerto Rico with fhe kids, but Mexico is looking cheaper. Our last 4 vacations have gone over budget thanks to increased costs. It is really appealing to know what a vacation is going to cost us before we leave. The kids will also love the all you can eat nature of the resort lol.
My ILs will be staying with us all summer, so we will probably just stay mostly local. I’m taking a trip with a friend to Colombia, so that will be my big personal trip this summer. I might take DS to MA to visit family.
We are doing Disney for Spring Break and Chicago for Fall Break, so I’m fine taking it easy this summer.

Not sure if you have been before, but Liverpool gets a bad rap, but is such a cool city. Check out the Beatles museum and Beatles spots. The Liverpool Eye. The art museum along the water. Go get dinner or a drink at Panoramic 34. Great views of the city and food is really good.
Tour Anfield if you are a soccer fan. Go to a game (not sure when you will be there) or watch in a pub near Anfield. It's an incredible vibe.
