Like fringe, never watched any of the other three. I'm assuming the star trek movie doesn't count. (Am I the only one disappointed that Zachary Quinto is gay? )
eta: I suck at smiley faces.
eta2: Sorry. Pickles and anything pickled is gross.
eta3: I know almost every word to the Les Mis and Rent soundtracks?

I'm a book nerd so I'll read just about anything. I like wine. I'm terrible at wearing makeup. I listen to NPR. I enjoy cooking. I can't stand techno/dubstep. I love science. I love dogs. I hate cats. I enjoy Limp Bizkit and most 90s music.
I really wanted zombiemuse to be real to increase the number of non-marrieds around here.
I am real. I don't have a camera on my phone though. Yes, I have that old school of a phone. I really need to step into the 2012 but I don't want to spend $250 on a phone that I don't need.
What I dont understand is how olive oil tastes nothing like olives. Olive oil is amazing. I use it in most of my dishes. Olives taste like poop dipped in salt.

Nope, I was disappointed too. Why are all the hot guys gay? John Barrowman, anyone? (Please tell me there are Doctor Who/Torchwood fans present.)
What video games do you play? I like some FPS games, but usually the more adventure-y ones, like Thief, Deus Ex. Also puzzle-solving games like Myst, and RPGs like Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, Icewind Dale.
WoW in college, and Starcraft now that I can't justify the monthly fee. I try to stay away, because I know that it makes my school/work/relationship suffer. I can spend way too much time on the computer.

We can't be friends :-( I love olives (but specifically black olives, not fancy olives).

Do you watch How I Met Your Mother? The best relationships are ones that have one person hating olives, and the other person loving them.

Me, me! I'm an engineer, read way too much YA fiction. Haven't read Insurgent or 11/23/63, but the Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest is on my list to read. Currently re-reading the Wheel of Time series for the 4th or 5th time in preparation of A Memory of Light coming out next year. Never sexted. Love HIMYM and Big Bang Theory. Just started watching Revolution and Last Resort. How do you feel about Fringe, Castle, Firefly, and any Star Trek (except Enterprise)? Music isn't a match though, I mostly do classical and musical theatre. Graduated Spring 2009, young end of 23. Atheist. Like dogs (wish I had one but don't have the time), allergic to cats. Sleep on the left side of the bed. Generally don't drink coffee, but drink lots of tea. Recently married.
We could do a GBCN besties threesome Engineer YA reader, have read tons of Stephen King (Dark Tower series was my favorite), and liked the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series. Currently reading the Wheel of Time series. Love me some musical theater. HUGE Joss Whedon fan -- Dollhouse is on right now. Dropped our cable subscription, so its all Hulu and Netflix for me these days. Have a dog, allergic to cats Recently married Atheist Oh, and being on the west coast means I love my morning cup of coffee!
nqb, I vote angryharpy for you. Cats, attorneys, concerts, you each claim to be fat when you're not, and you are now both on the East Coast.
Yes! Harpy is a good one. We also have the anxiety stuff in common and a fondess for story telling. Different music tastes but the same appreciation for live music.

Yay! Yes to everything Joss Whedon :-) I'm also on the west coast. Is the Dark Tower series that good? I started the Gunslinger a bit ago, but didn't get into it when I didn't have a chance to read much for a while. I was kind of scarred for life when I tried reading The Stand when I was like 12 (I'd seen the movie/miniseries/whatever it was and I got The Stand and the Dark Tower series for Christmas).
Must like shoes (not ugly MM shoes), makeup, clothes, trashy magazines, Gossip Girl marathons, Riesling, cupcakes, and modern art. Late 20's to mid-30's. I'm in non-profit, but open to a new bestie in any profession.
lives on west coast works for non-profit likes: the packers, craft beer, traveling, d&r married mid-20's no kids, no pets, no intentions of having either anytime soon

I loved the Dark Tower series, and it stays away from most of the violence/apocalypse of The Stand. It was much more fantasy than sci-fi. I loved the characters and the way that it tied together so many plots and characters from his other books. The Gunslinger took awhile to get going, but give it some time, its worth it.

We've got the Packers, non-profit, craft beer, and no kids going for us.
Man I got no friends here....28, Florida, work in insurance but I am thinking of a career change to nursing and/or law school, don't really have time to read for pleasure, not intof fashion although I wish I could be, love to run and be at the beach, and currently watching the local a news.
Anyone else watching the news at this exact moment?
Late 20s, east coast southern liberal whole is pretty bored at home, but not sure what else to do, has a never used arch degree, loves anything decorating, sewing and cooking, when there's not a toddler screaming on her leg. Refuses to watch reality tv unless its SYTYCD and only exercises if there's free childcare.

Well I think you've heard me gush enough about your art collection. Did you read the GG books? They're awesome for an easy read.

I like all of these! Except I've never watched Gossip Girl. I've always been afraid I would like it and I already watch too much TV.
