I noticed in the morning thread your trainer is doing another gravity class... would you mind sharing the details? PM or FB is fine if you don't want to on here. I'd be interested if it happened to fit into my schedule.. I've done very little weight training in the past few months with my stupid wrist injury and even though I'm still running and doing other stuff, I feel really out of shape.

.. I'll keep you posted on my experience with the new crossfit gym too. The one that is in DT. Kirkland opened a second local near golds. I'm going to try them out on Friday and hopefully switch.
