Yes.
ETA: I did a 90 minute focus group on juice last week (non work-related) and there was a 3 page confidentiality agreement we had to sign. Juice makers are pretty serious about their marketing strategies, I tell you. It was interesting.
Not especially, but I did have to sign a lengthy confidentiality agreement AND a 3 year non-compete clause when I worked at a mall pretzel place in high school. Auntie Anne will eff you up, yo.
I hit send too early and had much more to this, but didn't like what I had sent early, so I edited. I know we have many lawyers who must abide by client privilege and protect info.
My job isn't typically required to sign NDAs or abide by any code of client privacy, but my company did some work for Zuck's wedding and it was interesting the restrictions put on us. So I was just curious how many others must deal with this on a regular basis. 😠I tend to be a blabber mouth 😜
I am new to my job. I signed my first NDA to work here. It kills me because I am a blabbermouth. I don't totaly understand the NDA in my case. I understand them for doctors and lawyers. (even Zuck's weddng) I just keep my mouth shut even though I don't really understand the need. LOL!

So I guess you are taking the uymmy pretzel making secrets to your grave huh. Damn it!
Yes, I have a number of things I need to keep confidential. My H had to take an oath and basically can't tell me about anything he does. And he investigates cool things but he's all "Ehhh, you might read it in the news". Thanks H!

Hubs works in tech and has stuff he can't discuss regularly.

Did that restriction include not posting that you did work on his wedding on a public message board, by any chance?
