I spent about $200 at Athleta between Friday (when I bought one outfit) and today (when I went back to get my 20% discount price adjustment and picked up a second outfit since it was on sale!). That's my birthday present from DH. My only other spending was $5 on a snack from Panera after DD #1s fun run Friday morning, and about $15 in groceries yesterday morning.
Wednesday: $45 groceries, $15 on dinner Thursday: $37 Amazon, $80 Personal Creations, $63 Old Navy, $27 Kohls, $106 Amazon, $35 Tillys Friday: $0 Saturday: $60 Pottery Barn, $5 Starbucks, $68 groceries Sunday: $0 but I have $70 in my cart at Amazon
On Saturday I spent $21 at a gourmet food store on snacks for our Saturday evening guests. Today I spent $78 on groceries. Pretty good for us... I didn't even hit up any good sales on Thursday or Friday. We're buying a car this coming weekend and I think I'm hoarding money.
I don't want to add it up, but it included $600 for a leather glider/recliner for the nursery (and will eventually go into the living room), $120 for a keurig, $150 at Boden today and a few other odds and ends.
OMG, I shouldn't even think of it. Plus side - all my Christmas shopping is done with the exception of a pair of corduroy pants for H. (couldn't find them this weekend)
Thanksgiving dinner - $100 Christmas shopping (too many stores to itemize) - appx $500 Groceries: $60 Lunch (met up with H while we were both out shopping): $10 (used GC for the rest) Booked summer vacation (black Friday special 40% off): $780
Not very. We've been doing organizing and sorting on the house, and decided to get out of the house to goggle at Ikea.
And picked up some flat-pack not-yet-assembled bookshelves to take with us on the move. All our furniture is going into storage, and we will be getting loaner furniture. But, the loaner shelves are more like curio cabinets, instead of being real shelves. So we bought some billy bookshelves to take with, and are leaving them in their flatpack boxed until we get there, because they are more likely to survive cross-pacific transit this way.
Wednesday- $43 Happy hour @ the bar for me, husband and his friend, $95 Amazon- router/dvd Thursday- $38 on flowers for MIL for Thanksgiving, $70 Amazon Friday- Amazon- $97 Saturday- Groceries- $45, Amazon $213 Sunday- Bed Bath and Beyond- $50, Gas- $40, Texas Roadhouse- $45 Roughly $736, but it could have been worse.
We went to visit my family, and my mom insisted on buying the few things I picked out at Target and stuffed a $100 bill in my hand before we left! Other than gas, I don't think we spent a dime all weekend. I'm going to tell DH this is another reason we need to visit my family more often.

Heh. We bought a refrigerator, sectional, sofa, chair, 2 pairs of jeans, and Christmas decorations. We kept joking that our motto for the weekend was: Spend all the money!

DD and I are both sick which has kept me home instead of out shopping.
Thursday- Gas station- $57 Walmart.com- $10 Disney's Brave dvd and blu ray combo
Friday- Walmart.com- $7 4 dvds
Saturday- Kohls.com- $85 A full size bed-in-a-bag and twin size bed-in-a-bag plus $15 Kohls cash Walmart.com-$50 Batteries, LeapPad adapter, and 2 sets of 690 piece Lego sets Lowes- $10 A poinsettia and batteries
Sunday- Walmart.com- $7 Rubbermaid containers Amazon- $3 2 dvds for DH Childrensplace.com- $4 for a headband
Total: $233
I'm debating ordering monogrammed towels from RalphLauren.com and will be making another Kohls purchase tomorrow when I can use my Kohls cash.
The one bright spot is we did not buy a new truck. And discovered we can actually get a newer, smaller pickup for what we need (massive towing capacity). We had resigned ourselves to trading in a 2003 w/ 85k miles for similar age and mileage, but more towing.
I spent over $200 at Kohl's, $200 at Amazon, $40 at World Market, $15 at Ulta, $80 at Target, $100 at Walmart, $18 on Etsy, and a zillion dollars at restaurants. And H just spent $170 at Kate Spade on my Christmas gift. I feel sick.
For some reason my Chase login isn't working. I think it is because they know that I will have a heart attack and die when I see my balances. I'll pay them all off right away, but they're definitely going to be high. I got a bunch of stuff that I have wanted for some time at good prices though.
Sunday: Gap (Christmas gift): $60 Target: $41 Church offering: $50 Crate and Barrel (new dining set!): $1600
So not at all MM. But I'm getting lots of ebates cash back from the Gap, Sephora, and C&B purchases at least.
And we've been eyeing a new dining set for awhile. We are hosting two Christmas dinners so we might as well find a place to put people. It was 15% off this weekend so we pulled the trigger.
