I only punish at home for a pattern of misbehavior. I also think the school way overreacted.
Yeah... I have decided to do just a discussion. I was able to talk to my husband on lunch, and he agrees that it has been addressed enough (and too much) at school.
agree. I think they went over the top if this was the only incident (talking to the teacher that way). Of course a 2nd grader might forget to get a letter signed. I am an adult and forget stuff all the time!
My only comment is when JLo has the black outfit it’s now clear the other one was under it, and it gave her a bit of a diaper look until She took off the black outfit.
I told my H I thought it was a pad 🤣
Show was great!! They can both still get it. Only thing I found distracting was the consistent hair of J Lo’s dancers. Just didn’t like the aesthetic 🤷🏻♀️
This was the only issue MH and I had too....we finally figured it out when she changed outfits! Should have hid it better!
I have been on almost 20 cruises (i am platinum on Carnival). We went on our first Disney cruise in october and we were BLOWN away. My daughter was almost 3 and LOVED it soo much. It was pure MAGIC. We will be going again! definitely do 4 days minimum. Longer if you can swing it
What did she love at that age? I'm hoping to plan a my family + all grandparents one right after DS turns 3.
My daughter absolutely loved meeting all the characters and princesses. She wasn’t scared and would walk up to them herself and smile for the camera. She thought it was so magical!!! Food was excellent!

Ok so I havent had any major dental work done before this as an adult. My DH and I both had to get crowns last year so I got Dental insurance (our regular health plan covers 2x a year dental apts).
i distrust the dental office we had the work done at because I got 4 different $ quotes for the same work....
Anyways...here is my problem/question:
Basic filling:They charged my insurance $155. My insurance allows $86. insurance paid $69 and said I own $17. Dental office is saying I owe the remaining balance of $69 plus the $17. Crown: They charged my insurance $1320. Insurance Allowed $1027. Insurance paid $528, says we owe $499. Dental office says I owe the $499 plus the difference in what insurance paid/allowed, so an extra $293.
Is this right? Can they "charge" me for the difference between what Insurance says they pay and what they billed them? Does that make sense? I thought insurance companies (like health ones) pay a "discounted" rate usually. I have never had to pay the difference before.
ETA: I called my dental insurance and they said they were in network and not allowed to collect any more than the negotiated amount. If they WERE out of network they could.

My dd is 3 and she has been on 5 cruises and is about to go on her 6th. I love cruising. We did disney for the first time and OMG she and we loved it. It was amazing!!! I only recommend it for younger kids tho. my nephew was 10 and didnt enjoy it as much as my dd.
We have gone Carnival and Royal as well. We usually go Carnival bc its easy and cheaper for us (we live 25 mins from Galveston).
My tips for kids is to bring a black curtain and metal hooks, you can attach the hooks and curtain to the ceiling to partition your room. Also, bring a pop up hamper. Bring a over the door organizer and more hooks to organize kids stuff, diapers, wipes, etc.
We usually bring snacks, but hardly use them. Raid the breakfast buffet for milk in the morning and stock your fridge up for the rest of the day.

We used a RNP for several weeks but ended up switching to the FP cradle swing and bouncer. My daughter had a somewhat rare condition where she would projectile vomit so she had to sleep inclined for her safety until 8 months or else she could choke. So really nothing she was sleeping in was "safe" for her...but what else was I supposed to do? We bought a crib wedge but she would just slide off of it.
For next baby, i really hope they dont have the same condition, but if they do, what am i supposed to do? I am being serious here.....bc it seems like I have to have them sleep inclined for a to reduce a bigger risk of death from choking on vomit rather than smaller risk of sleeping inclined?
I didn't realize there were height limits. My newly 3 year old is still in his crib and we have no plans to move him anytime soon. I like him contained, and he loves his crib. I bought an inexpensive 2nd hand crib for DD.
S lovesssssss her bed too and sleeps so well in it.
resurrecting this thread. My DD is about to turn 3 next week. She is tall 39" but hasnt climbed out yet (a few times she has smiled and told me "look at me momma" as she pretends to hike her leg over when I get her in the morning). Is there a height limit to cribs? I was thinking of moving her in a few months...
Ours is 35" technically, but switching a kid just for height is CRAZY IMO.
However...at 3 I think she's probably ready.
We did it at 2.5 because he started flinging himself out. We also needed the crib at 2.75 anyway for the baby. It was totally no big deal. An easy transition.
Thanks. I think I will do it in February, as I am working on her room over the break (she is moving from downstairs to upstairs) and we have family coming in December and end of January and I need the bed. If she crawls out before then, I will just convert her to a toddler bed until February.

seeyalater52, glad you had a good talk with your clinic. I would stay there too. PM me again to remind me to check. Sorry I am terrible. I am adding it to my phone to check tonight tho!
BFN. It’s been 9 days since transfer (5 day embryo )
My clinic won’t do my blood test until 14 days post transfer which I think is crazy.
Ugh so annoying. I don’t know if they will let me cycle again next month with a FET. Did anyone’s clinic let them? Or did you have to take a month off?
I'm sorry starryfish . That stinks. How many embryos did you end up freezing?
My clinic said they have had better success with FETs than with fresh transfers even with untested embryos. Hopefully that will hold true for you, whenever the next transfer is.
We have 4 frozen. 3 good, 1 ok I think. Will do next transfer in sept
starryfish I’m so sorry. Do you think it still might be too early to get a positive?
No I started bleeding yesterday through the meds. Like psycho period. Sigh. Nurse said I can’t cycle back to back Bc I started bleeding before the 21 day required blood test from study. I am going on vacation next week so it probably wouldn’t have worked out this month anyways.

My progesterone results are in at 73. Apparently Canada considers 50 the cut off for the LP so they're high. I don't really know what that means yet other than my research tells me cysts are a possibility. I'm waiting to hear from my OB's office today, otherwise I'll call them and ask what it means/if we need to do an ultrasound to look at my ovaries. I don't want to do another femara cycle without knowing if there are existing cysts.
I had a 7 dpo progesterone draw during the cycle that ended up being my second loss and it was 37 then.
Has anyone else had a high result and what was the outcome?
Did you have monitoring? If you have multiple follicles on the meds it would make sense that you had higher progesterone levels, as they are correlated.
this is what i thought as well. It usually meant that I had multiple eggs/follicles mature or drop for the cycle. (my clinic only let me have 2max mature per side I think since only one side will ovulate in a cycle). My doctor told me one cycle with a high progesterone number that I had two eggs drop for it.
