DD was the worst sleeper until about 14/15 months. She is still a beast if she does need something in the night, but generally sleeps well. We revisited CIO for night wakings at that time because I was pregnant and just couldn't take it. It worked much better than it had a few months earlier.

I'm going to the dentist and dreading it. In fact, I have to be there in an hour and still have not made any move toward getting ready. I'm playing online in my underwear.

I haven't worn deodorant in two days because I'm out and I'm too lazy to make an extra trip outside my regular weekly shopping. It's been going okay until late afternoon, then I require a quick baby wipe.
My kids looked funny in early baby photos. I didn't realize it until months later.
Same here. Someone actually commented on my son's 'bulbous forehead' when he was brand new. It doesn't bother me too much, I was an ugly kid and I'm plenty hot now.

We used to do that with DD. I don't think it helped her sttn because she woke up and we weren't there and she would wig out. But I army crawled all over our house for a good few months.

I have hugs, but no advice. I tried it a couple months ago and it was ugly. DD is 26 months and is still nursing once a day. I feel all feelings about it.

Anyone see this week's Modern Family where they leashed Lily? I was not laughing, because that is my life. My kid's a runner. One of my biggest pet peeves is people getting all judgey about leashes. Until you have felt the stomach fear when your kid runs into the street, near water, while you are holding groceries, or nursing your newborn- you can stfu.
The damn thing doesn't even work on my kid - she just goes limp and howls. But I wish to god it did, and I would never look down on anyone else for using them.
camel- I actually saw that post on the fb group and it made me really sad. They really have a lot of hatred (which I'm kind of confused about- I must have been on vacation when something went down). Thanks for being Switzerland. (confession-I'm still in it and was shocked I haven't been deleted. I forget about it, and have only checked it a handful of times)
I agree, it really left a bad taste in my mouth- especially since so many Bumpies have said they would welcome any FBer back (like they did me). The crazy part is that the other 99% of the time it is the most bland, vanilla P&R fest I've ever seen. Which is the other reason I stay on TB.

E is 6.5 months. He sleeps 10-11 hours at night (1-2 wakings) and naps are all over the place. I think it's because he is trying to drop the third nap, but all my efforts to help him do so have been thwarted.
I do have the Beco, I've never used it, M has and my mother has. I don't think I'd be able to get it on and off without help. She loved sitting in the cart, she was having a great time riding around. I even clipped the pig to her so she's chew on that... And Crystal, I never questioned your status as a pervert. I didn't need Cameltoe, the ultimate pervert, to confirm that.
