I'm going to a bachelorette party tonight. It's really small like 4 people including the bride. Very informal too. Bride put it together and it was only a fb invite. We are just going to some bar. No hotel before or no dinner. Am I supposed to get her something? I plan to buy her drinks and her shower is also in 2 weeks.

she's actually only gone under the dresser to sleep for a little while this morning while I was getting ds ready. Most of the time she's been on the back of the couch watching ds play or in the big chair. Right now I'm laying in bed (I'm sick) and she's asleep at the foot of the bed.

The cat came home yesterday. It's actually a she. Lol I was getting most of my information from SIL and she was mistaken.
She's been really sweet but just a few minutes ago I tried picking her up from the front and she bit my arm. She has a clean bill of health from the vet. It barely broke the skin in one little spot but it's raised and red. I cleaned it and put neosporin on it.
Is this something cats just do? Is it just because she's not used to me yet? Lol I have never had a cat before so I'm not sure what to expect.
If you haven't already, consider bringing him to the vet to be scanned for a microchip - especially since he's neutered and declawed.
The in laws did and called the shelter to see if anyone had reported him missing. They actually checked with some of their neighbors too. Sorry I should have included that in my post!

This cute boy wandered up to the in laws and just kind of stayed. He's declawed and fixed. MIL has been taking care of him the past few days. We are going to bring him home tomorrow. We currently have two dogs Maverick and Lily.

Firewheel area would be best. They've got lots to choose from. My favorite is Glorias. I was just at that one last week! I live about 20 mins away from there and my parents are less than 10.

I just had 3 cans fall on my foot in the pantry. Now my big toe is cut and swelling and throbbing. Ow.
I am also really excited about all the shows coming back.
The fiance of H's best friend (she and I aren't really close but I am invited to all events) is having her bachelorette party this Saturday and her shower 2 weeks later. Their wedding isn't until April. I think she should have spread them out a little more.

We are on a first floor apartment. We have those terrible hanging slat blinds and when outside you can see in through our dining area ones into our living room. We probably will only be here a year more so I don't want to spend a lot. Any suggestions on where I can get some cute inexpensive curtains and a rod?

I'm sorry. I have it too. Just to give you some good news about it, I started Metformin back in September and have had two regular cycles the past 2 months. I hadn't even had a period since July before this. I know it sucks, but there is stuff that can help!

[quote author=utahlove13 board=ml thread=113945 post=1899140 eta: also, our other dog and this reverse sneezing fit today and it is scary as hell. It's like he's having an asthma attack or something. The vet says there's nothing we can really do except keep him calm. [/quote]
Our yorkie poodle mix does this all the time when she gets excited. Vet said the same thing. It's just something they do.
