I bought all the yarn and needles after Christmas, but I'm scared to start. I tried the other day, and couldn't even figure out the cast on! This will be my first time using DPNs and making cables, so I'm thinking it's something I have to work up to. So right now, I'm stash busting with leftover yarn from Christmas projects to make this blanket: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/ten-stitch-blanket, to learn how to round corners.

We haven't cut it, but we don't watch it. I actually tried to cut it, but it wouldn't save all that much because it's apparently cheaper to bundle internet and cable. I feel like this is bullshit, but I don't know. Does anyone have any experience with what just plain old iternet costs, without bundling?
Also. I'm really, really embarrassed to admit this.
I'm very interested in this - I have considered contacting them as well, because I know I also have an unhealthy relationship with food. When reading about it, I wasn't sure if it would help me. Would you mind updating (or pming me) when you hear back from them? I really hope they are able to help you!
I apparently live in a cave, because I heard Ed Sheeran's "Don't" twice on my way to work the other morning. I had no idea who it was, but thought it had a nice beat for working out, so I looked it up and it's THIS GUY??
I don't know what's happening here and I don't know who any of these people are.
Haha!
It's actually about the one he is sitting next to! Ellie supposedly slept with someone from One Direction while she and Ed were an item.
Dramaaaaa!
I thought the sing was about Selena Gomez! I heard that's why Taylor swift speed being friends with her because she used ed to make bieber jealous?

Right now, I am loving Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud". I don't like his JT sounding songs, but this reminds me of old Van Morrison, and I LOVE it. Especially the line "Honey your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen".
Yes, this one traumatized me. He was run over in the corn fields by a tractor, right? Fucked up! I was too young to see that movie, lol.
Yes, he hangs his hat on a tree when he and the older sister get busy and then as he rides by later reaches to grab it but falls and gets pulled under the tractor.
Not a show, but I remember my sister and I sobbing uncontrollably when we watched the movie "The Man in the Moon" with young Reece Witherspoon and the older guy she liked died.

My H is into guns, but I draw the line at carrying. Right now, we don't live in an open carry state, but even if we did, he knows my stance on it.
It's so ridiculous - you go into the gun store and you see all the sales people walking around with guns tucked into their holsters. I just don't get it.

This is the perfect picture of my dog. Always gotta be in frame, and her tongue is out. Photobombing my h's selfie, lol. I now have this picture on my desk at work because it just makes me smile, dammit.

I have a problem.
I am tired of constantly yanking on my tights and leggings to keep them from slipping off my ass - it's not attractive and not fun. I am trying to find clothes that fit the body I have NOW, instead of clothes that will fit the body I want but do not yet have.
Does anyone have any recommendations for tights that are a little larger in the seat so that they stay put? It is also difficult for me to find because I am six feet tall, and another reason they're always slipping off is because they're just not long enough. Blargh.

Pretty sure most people with birthdays close to any holidays would tell you that they appreciate when people separate the birthday from the other gift giving holiday. And at 7, I would think that she is old enough to notice. Team you!
