We don't have much time between when the kids get home from daycare and the kids go to bed. I'll usually try to unload/load the dishwasher while the kids eat dinner. Then some times I'll fold and put away the kids laundry while they play in their room. After the kids go to bed we do dishes and pack lunches, clean up the toys, etc.
We have a cleaner come every other week and I WFH once a week so can do a few things then.
I saw my OB or another OB in the practice at every appointment. They would review the results of labs and u/s and my appointments. I did call though to get the results from my more in depth u/s that I was referred out for after they found out I was having twins. I think that was just because there was a bit of a gap between that u/s and my next appointment. So, I would def call regarding your u/s results. And perhaps at your next appointment ask about when you will see an OB next.
I had ultrasounds after 20 weeks but that was just due to having twins.
My kids are currently 15 months. My favorite age so far was 6-12 months. Loved that they would sit up and play nicely. They were so happy and smiley and didn't get into much trouble. 12 months through now has been challenging and really physically exhausting.
We've flown twice with the kids at 5 months and 8 months and it wasn't too bad. From this point forward I would def get a 3rd seat. It is challenging not being in the same row with your DH. I preferred DH being across the aisle so I could see them and more easily hand things back and forth. Both our kids slept for a good chunk of the flights between the white noise and vibration, the plane was like a big white noise machine. I made sure I had bottles and toys easy to access in the pocket and changed them immediately before we got on the plane.
I have a Maclaren Twin triumph umbrella stroller and it worked out really well to travel with.
With my kids i gradually mixed it with their formula fstarting around 11 months. For the first week I did 1/4 WCM, then 1/2 WCM, 3/4 WCM then switched them over completely. They tolerated it really well and had no issues. I started working on the transition from bottle to sippy at around 9/10 months. DD took to it right away, but DS took some time. At home I give them WCM with meals, but day care gives it to them between snacks/meals.
Both our twins needed helmets and go them at around 5 months. DD had brachiocephaly - flat against the back of her head and her cephalic index was 100%. She was only in the helmet for 2 months and her head does look much better. DS has plagiocephaly and was in his helmet for almost 7 months and we didn't see a huge amount of change unfortunately.
We started with a really great orthotist and then got switched over to a not so great one which wasn't helpful. The kids tolerated the helmets really well and adapted quickly to them.

I was shoced when I saw the news, he seemed like he was one of the younger justices. I really hope that Obama is able to appoint a new justice during his term, it woud be crazy to go without a justice for almost a year.
I think most men need specific directions. If you wanted him to come home you should have told him. For valentines day, I would probably give him a few ideas to choose from.
