Tough call! I looove the farmyard print, but the tea dress you could layer for Easter then potentially get more wear out of all spring/summer, versus cord which is cold weather only.
Yeah good call, although the way it feels here today it seems like it will never be warm again!
Are food concerns (as in, only healthy foods) just an Internet thing? DS had his Valentines celebration yesterday and came home with a TON of candy. One parent did goldfish, one did pretzels, and we did a little toy, but the rest all did big treat bags of candy. The kids have an average age of about 1.5.
Yeah I agree that's strange. We're doing applesauce pouches, so I'm interested to see what everyone else does. All the kids in their room are around 15 months.
My anxieties when traveling with the kids are the logistics. DH has no idea the mental lists I make and thinking u do to make sure we have everything.
I think part of it is we get so used to our routines and having everything we need at home so it's tough being in a different place and out of the routine. I hope you're able to enjoy the rest of the trip!
I sent my twins to the nursery every freaking night for the 4 nights I was in the hospital. How do they expect someone to recover from major abdominal surgery with 2 babies in the room?
Oh no, they have to be cancelling flights, the snow is really coming down. That's so annoying to leave you sitting there, especially with your boss.
The air canada flights after this one were cancelled. I am just sitting with my boss all cozy. Ugh! Now I am concerned I won't be able to get back. I don't have anything for overnight since it's supposed to be a day trip!
Ugh, Sorry I thought you were still in Boston I think the snow is supposed to stop by around 4/5 tonight so hopefully won't get in the way of you getting home.
2. I'm out the door before the kids get up. DH does all morning stuff, gets the kids up, dressed, fed and dropped off at day care. I do the majority of pick ups.
3. DH handles all the kids breakfasts during the week but it's quick and easy stuff. I do most dinners.
If DH gets the job he's interviewing for then I would need to do all mornings.
DH has an interview today for a position which would have him working Monday-Friday, no weekends! It would be awesome for us but would mean that I'd have to shift my work hours so I could do morning drop off with the kids.
I quit at 6 weeks. I was supplementing all along and did not have a very good supply. I quit when I did because finding time to pump was so hard, one or both kids would end up crying or I would do it at the end of the witching hour when I just wanted to go to sleep. I will say that part of me wishes I had pushed through as things got a lot easier at 8 weeks.
