First time: 1 month, first month off the pill Second time: 3 months, my cycles were longer but I got my period back quickly after quitting the mini pill
I got pregnant our first month trying. I had my IUD removed about 9 months prior (which I had for five years), then had gone off the Nuvaring two months prior to get any hormones out of my system.
10 months but it was only like 4-5 cycles. I got the Mirena out and my cycles never returned (I had no period on Mirena which is normal). We started testing at 6 months and I was diagnosed with PCOS. I got pregnant on my first round of Clomid.

Close to 3 years. It took 2 failed IUIs and then giving up on having children. We were talking about how to move to SF in the next few years and for me to apply to PhD school, when surprise, I'm pregnant!

For the twins: 14 months after I went off the pill, including 3 cycles with the RE, I got pregnant. I never got my period back after going on the pill, which is why we eventually went to the RE.
For #3: I got pregnant 10 months after we started TTC, but after 4 months of TTC with only BFNs, we went back to the RE who confirmed I was still having fertility issues. We did 3 cycles with the RE, all of which were BFNs. We were taking 2 months off from the RE when I got my miracle/surprise/shock BFP.
Cycle 1 was a missed miscarriage at 10w3d. Cycle 2 was a CP. Cycle 3 was Charlie.
I quit BCP and TTA using charting for a year. It took about 3 months for my period to normalize. I had one super long cycle and then it varied after that.
I went of BCP in May 2010, my cycles never regulated.
We charted to avoid until summer 2011-ish, then started trying, but I had little to go off of. We did have one chemical pregnancy in there. I unsuccessfully saw an OB for a while (who just said, "Have more sex!") before seeing an RE in March of 2012. I got pregnant the first time in June 2012 on my second cycle with Femara. It ended in a loss, we took a break for a month, then I got pregnant again in November 2012, again, second cycle trying after loss with Femara.

18 months, 18 cycles. I found out I was pregnant on a Saturday and had an appointment with the RE scheduled for the following Wednesday. Funny how things happen.
First cycle both times. My first pregnancy I had just come off the pill. This pregnancy I got my copper IUD out a month before we planned to start trying and used condoms for that month to prevent. I got pregnant the next month (actively trying, not using condoms).
Edit to add: To answer your question about coming off the pill, my first cycle off the pill was a weird and long one. I had about two full weeks of spotting plus EWCM and ovulated on day 32 of the cycle. I found out I was pregnant on day 43.
I do chart CM only and I used OPKs with my first pregnancy. I was glad I did because otherwise I would have had no clue what was going on that cycle.

I got a positive the morning of our first RE appointment. It is funny.
Our 2nd month. Might have happened the first month but our timing was off.
I got my IUD out in February and we did condoms and charting til July when we wanted to start. I wasn't sure if 10years of BCP plus a year on the Mirena would affect my fertility. Also I only have 1 ovary.
