I'm currently reading Don Quixote for my challenge, The Great Gatsby for one book club, Act Like a Lady/Think Like a Man for another book club, and my "hair-drying" book is The Handmaid's Tale.
I'm reading "Flawless" by Sara Shepard. It's the second book in the Pretty Little Liars YA series, which I decided to read after becoming obsessed with the show on ABCFamily. I initially thought the series was a little immature, but the second book is turning out to be way better than the first one and I can't wait to read the next one.
I love this show! I haven't read the books yet but I've been meaning to! I also really like The Lying Game which is based on books by the same author. I'm actually reading the 3rd book in that series now.
I'm reading:
Two Truths and a Lie by Sara Shepard (Lying Game Series #3)
Grave Peril (on audiobook) by Jim Butcher (Dresden Files Series #3)
Frankenstein (I'm actually reading this via dailylit.com)

I just started "The Worlds of Japanese Popular Culture," which is a collection of academic essays. I'm going to Japan next month and I like reading about my destinations to get excited.
The last one I finished was "Off the Kings Road," which was well written but the author annoyed me a little (it's a memoir).
before it was Cruising Attitude: Tales of Crashpads, Crew Drama, and Crazy Passengers at 35,000 Feet. Not a difficult read, just makes you crazy reading all the stories about people at the airport!
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. Mark Twain
Reading Moonwalking with Einstein by Joshua Foer right now. Just finished The Devil's Highway by Luis Alberto Urrea--intense but excellent.
What do you think of Moonwalking with Einstein so far? It's been on my "maybe" TBR list for awhile now.
Not the OP, but I think it's appropriate for a "maybe" list. I enjoyed it, but I wasn't overly crazy about it. Definitely worth keeping on the list for when/if you get around to it.

So far, so good. I'm only 100 pages in, but he's a funny writer and the topic's interesting. I just finished a section on the most forgetful people in the world, people who lose their capacity for short-term memory--pretty fascinating. I saw him speak at the National Book Festival last year. He was really engaging and the book's matching his talk. And if I can take away some tips to improve my memory, all the better!
