We got married in a church, so nothing untraditional, really, though our communion hymn was City of God, thematically inappropriate but I love that song.
However, our first dance was to I Got You, Babe- by Sonny and Cher.
I remember agonizing over a lot of different song selections but hell if I remember what I picked now.

Our wedding processional was the theme to Legend of Zelda, played by the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and our recessional was Cake's Love You Madly. So I'd say our wedding music was fairly nontraditional.

The bridesmaids walked down to "Forever" by Ben Harper. I entered with "Granny" by Dave Matthews Band. I can't remember what we exited to. Something along that same style of music. Our first dance was to Michael Buble's "Everything."
Haha ninjabridemom ! I didn't even see your response before typing mine out! We went with the Broadway version because it was sung by Stephen Lynch, and we LOVE him!
Now you know another person! We danced to it as well, but the Adam Sandler version from the movie. It was a huge hit!
I walked down the aisle to Ben Fold's The Luckiest. We were a little bummed when we found out about his multiple marriages, honestly... it kind of took away from the song a bit.
The rest of our ceremony was The Beatles and the reception was almost all The Cure.

We had some traditional, some not.
During the ceremony we sang "The Rainbow Connection". (No, I'm not into The Muppets--I'm too young--but a lot of our college classmates were and somehow it ended up becoming "our song".)
Our recessional was "The Throne Room", which is the piece from the original Star Wars where Han and Luke get their metals. (I am super into Star Wars... well, the originals anyway. DH just liked the music.)
Our first dance was "The Masochism Tango". (I sure hope people didn't read too much into that... we just think it's a hilarious song... and like to tango.)
Our actual wedding music was pretty traditional, but our first dance at our reception was "Steady As We Go" by Dave Matthews Band. I loved it and still get all teary when I hear that song.
Wedding Party: Weezer, "Island in the Sun" Me: The Verve, "Bittersweet Symphony" (instrumental portion) Recessional: U2, "Beautiful Day" First Dance: Peter Gabriel, "In Your Eyes"
We didn't have music because we got married in a little chapel on the strip in Vegas. I think there was some sort of Muzak playing, but I have no clue what it was.
Our first dance was also Journey's Faithfully. I did walk down to Canon in D, but it was a remix that H made using Accapella's version and TSO's Christmas Canon. It was pretty cool.
I don't think I walked down the aisle to anything, I got married on the beach in Mexico.
First dance was a Mark Anthony song (I can't remember which one). We also had mariachi's that were really good. They played a lot of flamenco guitar that was unexpected but nice.
I walked down the aisle to a Radiohead song. Wedding party walked down to the Beatles, A Little Help from My Friends. We were introduced with a Ryan Adams song. Our first dance was to Fidelity by Regina Spektor, our last was actually two songs-Scarlett Begonias and the Growing Pains theme song.
Music was just about the only thing I cared about when wedding planning
