I am in sales and take awesome care of my clients. If they need me, i am there. They all have my cell # and can call me anytime. (Only a couple have abused that)
I also think i am really understanding and truly care about them....even when that means losing money out of my pocket to help them.

I'm a PhD student. I do an okay job writing research reports and manuscripts, but I am an excellent teacher. I'll go above and beyond to make sure my students learn ( corny, I know)...
I'm also pretty good at my part-time job (leasing consultant)... I have a thick southern accent in a non-southern place, so I think people lease from me because I sound nice (even though I'm not)
I work in financial planning and analysis for a bank and while I do well, it's not my dream job. I started teachig kickboxing and boot camp after work for a group of people and hope to get a job at a gym soon!
I'm a librarian and I seem to be especially good at reading minds. Whenever somebody is looking for that "book about the bad place with the funny people" I'm the one they get sent to.
I am a medical records secretary for a law firm. I am good at what I do because I know when to schmooze people and when to be a hard ass to get what I need. Most the time, people like to be schmoozed. Its also a really easy job that is a bit below my skill level, so its not too difficult to be kick ass.
I hope that when I get a new job that is actually in my career, my experience working in this job where I am not pushed will make me a better employee at new place. I'll be able to remember "back when" which will be a motivating factor to alway be better so I don't have to go back. Also, it will be awesome to actually do something that I have the slightest spark of passion about...medical records do not spark passion in me.
I am a housewares buyer for a catalog company. I've only been in this position for two months, and sometimes I feel like there's an impossibly steep learning curve to this job. Every time I think I've figured something out, it either changes or I find out I've been doing it wrong.
That said, I think I have a good eye for design and trends. Our particular customer isn't super trendy, but I try and find things that are well built and designed. A little bit of color never hurt anyone
I think I also have a talent for dealing with our vendors. Some of them are great people and easy to handle, others were put on this earth to annoy me. I think I handle both well and try to bring together deals that will benefit both of us, but me mostly. Ha.
I work 1:1 with young children with special needs.
I think I'm excellent at what I do. This job can be extremely stressful, but I am good at remaining emotionally neutral, and I am patient. I keep up with all of my paperwork and am very organized. I genuinely love the kids and am really in the field I want to be in.
I think there are always places where we can all learn or grow at our job. I think I need to learn how to increase my creativity.

Right now I SAH, but I do decorate cakes on the side. Yes I do believe I kick ass and I have quite a few clients who will tell you the same! (see cake in siggy!)

I'm an HR manager for a large company. I don't kick ass at office politics, but I do at coaching and developing skills in my direct reports. I've been told I'm considered "high potential," which scares me if I'm the best HR has to offer!

Marketing for a small IT company. I get paid to plan events for our clients and potential clients and fly around the Northwest to make sure the events go as planned.
I've only been there 3 months and I love it. It was a position created just for me, so that might play a factor in why it's perfect.
I am a program director at a youth serving nonprofit. I kick ass at creating programs--identifying important subjects, finding funding, being able to work creatively and collaboratively with the funders and other partners. I'm not great at the details--I am very big picture. Ask me to sell an idea to a funder? Awesome. Ask me to tell you each and every step to make an event happen? Not so great.
I personally have identified and secured hundreds of thousands of dollars of funding in the past five years, and I was recently asked to speak on a panel at a White House event related to my subject area.
I am an ok manager but not great. I do try hard and it's something that I am improving but I am a little impatient and tend to think I've communicated all the details when really I've communicated broad outlines. But my boss thinks I'm an excellent manager and so does out hr director and CEO. The folks I manage aren't as sure, lol.
right now i'm just a substitute teacher (desperately trying to get hired in our local districts). but everyone loves me. i've had teachers and administrators visibly sigh in relief when i walked in the building and have told me they're so thankful that i was available for the assignment. i am awesome.

I'm an admin in a large insurance company. I've been with the company for nine years and have been in the department that entire time. I know the people, the company, the products and in general the job very well. I kick ass because I make everyone's job easier. I take things off people's work loads and just run with them. When someone gives me a project, they know it will be done. And not just done, it is done well, accurately, on time and with a smile.

I do think I am kick ass as a therapist. I have my own practice, I'm an LCSW. I am a really great listener, I give good advice, I remain non biased. My numbers are good, I think that's how I know, I see my targeted number each week and I have a waiting list for referrals.
I really don't like to work with other coworkers or do project based stuff, being a clinician really suits me. I like being in control of my schedule and knowing that if I have a good year it's because I worked hard. Right now I am in the office three days a week.
I spent enough time in the corporate world to know it was the wrong fit for me. Even though it's stressful, I feel very at home sitting across from my clients each week and working with them.

I am an environmental scientist, and yes, I kick ass : ) I have a Ph.D. from an Ivy, and I am currently a postdoc. I'm okay in the lab, but really good at teaching, mentoring and grant writing. I am hoping to get a tenure-track faculty position this fall.
I'm a middle school Humanities teacher. I love my content area, especially history and world geography, but I'm really, really good at fostering relationships with students.

I teach HS social studies. I think I kick ass at organizing and presenting the content in a way that connects to the students. I also think I am great at working with the more challenging students (behaviorally) and with those on IEPs. I work hard to use technology to enhance student understanding and am considered to be an instructional leader in my building & across my district. My last Principal said he thought I was the faculty member with the most leadership potential in our HS (out of 80+teachers).

I teach middle school math as well as serve as grade level leader. Other people would say I kick ass. I've always been more critical of myself though. Next year I'll be the department head which will involve more management of other teachers.

I work in HR for a large company. I'm okay at what I do. Most HR people are not very good with numbers and math, but I minored in statistics in college so I'm pretty kick-ass at analyzing data.
I am a HS math teacher. I think I kick ass 99% of the time. I work in a specialized program for super smart kids who are just the greatest. I think what I do best is to make what I teach interesting and challenge my students. My boss loves me and knows that I work hard. I think I am good at what I do because I know my content area really well, love what I teach, and my students know that I care.

I'm not going to say my job because it's kind of identifying, but lately I've been feeling like I do really kick ass at it. I just got board-certified in my specialty, which less than 1000 people in the U.S. and Canada are. I had two really tricky patients on Friday (one where the parents were really angry and aggressive, another where I had to deliver really bad news) and I feel like I did a really good job with both. So...yay!
I'm a consultant for an insurance company. I'm not bad at it, but I wouldn't exactly say I kick ass. My clients tend to really like me, but I'm not very passionate about the topic I consult on. For my side gig, I make cheesecakes for a couple of local restaurants and private orders. I totally kick ass at that.
