Ran my first half marathon Did a downhill mountain bike ride at Copper Mtn. First time ever mountain biking a downhill course! Got a road bike and began riding with DH Took bike rides in Boston with DH (this is huge as I am still getting comfortable on the road with cars)
Non H&F Helped care for my DH following his back surgery. This has been a long road to recovery for him and I feel like I played a part in his recovery. First vacation in three years with DH only. (usually travel with friends and family) It was awesome! The training program I assisted with bringing to our county was recognized at an International Conference. A local police officer I work with was named Officer of the Year. Huge honor for him and positive recognition for us.
Ran 9 races total in 2013. Ran 3 half marathons and PR'd by 6 minutes from last year's best time. Ran a tough trail 10k that I improved by 7 min over last year's time. Ran a 10K and improved by 2 min over last year's time. 5k PR by 6 seconds
Ran over 820 miles this year. Got a new treadmill. Deciding to conquer new distances in 2014 (and got DH on board with this idea)!
Ran my first race. It was a 5k but still Started running 9 minute miles, hoping to get that down even more. It's crazy because I looked back at my goals from last year and one of them was to run a 10 minute miles, nailed that one! Last year I could barely run 2 miles in a row. Now I regularly run 8 without stopping. Signed up for a half marathon, that will be in May. I'm not sure how much of it was in this year but since January of last year I have lost 75lbs. I am hoping to continue making progress in the new year!
Oh let me do non H&F related I got a promotion at work I don't know if this is an accomplishment but I fell in love post divorce so that was a big deal for me. I was with my exh for 10 years, he was really all I knew. I reconnected with a great guy from college and I'm really in love with him.
But it was a pretty lackluster year, and I am ending it sick, so I am hoping for great things in 2014. At the very least, between the ambassadorship and race team, I should look good.

2013 was a H&F year for me after babies and BFing.
Completed 2 adventure races (Spartan race and Tough Mudder) Won 1st Overall Female at a race (5k) PR'ed 5k, 10k, and half As of this week, I have logged over 1,200 miles of running for the year (last year was 783).
- ran my first full marathon - PR'ed in 10K and half marathon - accomplished my goal of doing a half in under 2 hours - finished grad school and started my new big girl job

I: -lost 20+ pounds in the first 5 months -ran the Disney princess half- the reason I started running in the first place -ran two more halves in the spring and PR'd both of them- by 14+ minutes -got knocked up -ran a 12 miler at 10 weeks -ran a 5k at 18 weeks -started the addition onto our house- basically building another (larger) house next to our existing (after years of saving!)

Ran my first half marathon and full marathon. Logged 750 miles. First year running regularly. No injuries. Maintained my weight, PRed all my races. Best of all, I feel the best I ever have and I can be active with my husband and kids.
H&F related: -completely stuck to my training plan -learned to enjoy speedwork/hills/non-easy runs -16 minute half PR -followed by a 2 minute half PR 3 weeks later
Not H&F related: -got a big promotion -did tons of fun stuff with DD
