I guess I'm insecure about my weekend workouts because I always feel the need to clarify that I try to do my big workouts on weekdays. As if you're all sitting around thinking "she's not going to be ready for that ironman" .

I was just wondering how you would ever make it through j/k! I felt the urge to include the special snowflake indicating my long run was mid week too. I held off, but did just note it here...so...

Fri - Masters Sat - 60 minute run Sun - supposed to be a 30 mile ride, but bailed at 17.
Everything this weekend was utter shit. I have been fighting getting sick for over a week now. I wish I would either just get sick, or get better. This in-between nonsense is crap.
