F: rest but I cleaned for a couple hours S: Cross Fit - Loredo: 24 squats, 24 lunges, 24 pushups, 400m row - repeat 6 times S: Cross Fit - deadlifts, power cleans, front squats, and push jerks - AMRAP in 20 minutes
my whole body hurts - I almost cried while foam rolling today
F: rest S: 8 mile easy run S: drinking marathon? also a trip to the gym for strength training; weather didn't cooperate with the long run so that's tomorrow
Very hilly half in less than 2 weeks. I don't know how I'm going to handle training until then, and then doing it.
If it were me, here's what I'd do: Start aleve therapy - 1 pill 2x/day; lots of epsom salt baths, foam rolling like crazy, and biofreeze. I'd take the next week off of running entirely, then a week out from the race do 1-2 very easy short runs to loosen the legs up a bit and see how it feels. Then say a few prayers and head to the start line with the goal of finishing.
Take that for what it's worth - one person's opinion!

Thanks! I plan on taking at least the next couple days off and see how things go. And google a lot to see what I can do for it.

I was cleared to work out by my doctor on Friday, and did week 1 day 1 do C25K on Saturday morning. It was hard! I knew starting from scratch would be hard since I just had a baby and all, but dang. It was rough!
