MyFitnessPal says I can eat 1,530 per day in order to lose a pound a week, so that's what I've been allowing myself. There are days I don't reach that (usually on the days I workout), but I usually do :/
Around 1200, more if I work out. I'm a shorty. Before I started counting cals, I'd guess it was around 3000. I'm also very good at eating. I suppose that's why I was so fat!

I really have no idea. I am 5'5", weigh about 118 pounds, and run 4-6 miles a day, 6 days a week. I am guessing that I eat around 1500 a day, but it definitely fluctuates (especially if we go out on the weekend or out to dinner). I can get very obsessive about calorie intake, so I try to just eat when I am hungry and not deprive myself of anything. I figure as long as my clothes still fit, I'm good.
Ah, RunF, I asked on LE how often/far you ran, I was curious. I am all proud now that I was in the mid-range of what you usually do Do you run the whole time? Like, do you ever have to slow to walk? How fast do you run a mile?
