The NYT had an incredibly heartbreaking description of the debris that was far more powerful than any photo, IMO.

I honestly have not read anything about it.  I'm just seeing random headlines and such, so I really don't know the whole current picture.  At this point, my attention span is probably not even as long as a toddler so I just can't read anything in depth.  I'm trying to skim this thread but even that is just too much information to try and cram into my brain at the moment, lol!
