Re: bra extenders, it's different for everyone, but i wouldn't do it. i would get some new bras a size or two up from kohl's. first, if your bras are nice, you don't wanna stretch them out so that they aren't TTS later. second, it's highly likely that you'll need even bigger bras before it's all done!
Bra extenders work for a bit but the cup size is really what's changing. I love my fancy VS bras too but decided to go cheap for my ever growing boobs and just go to jcpenney for a few on sale. I am much more comfortable.
I used them for a couple weeks but the cups is where I needed most of the extra room and I was afraid I was going to stretch the band out for later. I've resorted to wearing my nursing tanks until I actually make it to Target or something to buy some cheap bras.
Welcome! Bra extenders have worked for me so far (19 weeks now). My cup size hasn't changed enough to warrant new bras yet, but the band definitely got uncomfortable pretty early on.
My boobs haven't grown thus far, but I would probably invest in some cheaper bras as it sounds like you'll probably keep growing through out your pregnancy.

Congratulations! I'm glad to see you over here! Yay for successful IUI's! Our second one was the charm. No advice on extenders, I'm still in my old bras, sadly.
I was able to use the band extenders through 1st tri and part of the 2nd, but now the boobs are wayyy to big for that. I bought a cheap 3 pack on Amazon. It's worth a shot.
Welcome - what wonderful news! Congrats to you and your DH! H&H 9 months to you!
Extenders worked for me for first tri - after that, I had to size up. I didn't want to stretch out my nice bras any more than I already had and just bought some cheapos to get me through the rest of the pregnancy.
Congrats! I am so happy for you. I saw your announcement on TTTC, but did not want to gatecrash there so I tried to PM you, but that never worked. I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.
I toughed it out in my (brand new! poor timing!) VS bras as long as possible so I'm no help on the extenders. I broke down and bought two new bras at Kohl's yesterday at 23 weeks.
I'm still in my regular bras at the end of this pregnancy, but I'm pretty sure bra extenders are fairly cheap so you might as well give those a shot first before jumping to all new bras. Not everyone grows massive boobs during pregnancy. Not that I'm bitter or anything.
Extenders didn't cut it for me. At first, I was sad about my new, cute VS bras but after buying some roomier, grandma bras I was so glad I swapped them out because Is so much more comfortable.

Heeeeeeey! I ended up buying cheap bras because I wanted to get some without underwires but the girl at work has been using the extenders and she loves them. She is still using them well into the third tri.
I have been using bra extenders. I should get new bras sometime, but I can get by with the extender for now and I am trying to hold out a bit longer because I'm sure if I bought bras now I would be doing it again in a few weeks.
Story time with cori! I had to go get my Crinone refill a couple of weeks ago, and I figured, well, I will just go through the drive-through at cvs, no need to put my boobs in jail for that. CONSTRUCTION AT THE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW. So I had to walk in with my arms crossed over my very not-okay-to-be-braless boobs in my very thin Foo Fighters t-shirt. And then the girl at the pharmacy couldn't find my stuff because she was looking in the little prescriptions area despite me saying "IT'S THIRTY INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED TUBES IT'S GOING TO BE IN A BIG BAG." Repeatedly.
So in summary, autumn, whiskers is a lovely person doling out baaaaaaad advice to you.

I would invest in cheap bras in a bigger size. I tried making my old ones work and 1) they started to stretch out and I didn't want to ruin them and 2) I started to have side boob poking out.
I am off to TJ Maxx today to look for some more cheap ones.
AutumnRose25 Ohhhhhhh this is such fabulous news!!! So glad to see you here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this baby sticks and is perfectly healthy.
I just posted about bras the other day and posted an update today. Seems like it extenders worked for some, but not for everyone (including me).
