I think it's something like drawing on the inside of your eyelid, underneath your lash, which just creeps me out to think about.

Oh my god, I tried this this morning (just drawing the liner into the lashline, not quite to the inside of the eyelid. There was a post on how to do it in one of the makeup boards but google helped explain it to me) and this is freaking awesome! I think I may have to start using eyeliner on a regular basis, I just always hated the random line above the lashes, but this seriously made a huge difference and didn't look like obvious eyeliner. :Y:
