I don't usually post here (on TN I mean) but...I definitely didn't expect that. I didn't even make the connection between the leaks about the plane crash and them getting on the plane to go to Boise.

Can I admit that I'm honestly really annoyed? I get that some people are probably leaving the show and they need a way to make that happen, but does there really have to be a major catastrophe at the end of almost every season? I love the show, but sometimes I think they resort to lazy storytelling.

That said, I think that Derek is the most likely candidate for death. And I am going to go out on a limb and say I think Kepner might attempt suicide, if not succeed.

and really when i heard someone was dying in the finale I figured April would kill herself, but the preview definitely implied it was someone from the crash.

also the season is supposed to end on a cliffhanger, so we may not even find out, boo

The second I saw the plane, I knew it was going down. I'm still leaning towards April dying just because the audience is expecting it to be someone on the plane.

I think the plane crash is insane. And I really just want someone to tell me who dies because I can't find any definitive spoilers and I don't want to wait a week to find out.

My vote is that it'll be Lexie. She finally told Mark how she feels--might as well ruin that. lol

I think I'd be okay if it was Lexie because she's had the same storyline forever and hasn't really been present this season, but I love Lexipedia so I kinda hope not. It would really free Mer from Seattle tho. Ack.

Yay for Karev! He's come so far from being the elevator guy.

They really had me worried about Yang. I totally bought the whole reunion thing, but was happy she picked Mayo. We'll see if all this moving away sticks though. Next season will be weird if it's the original cast spread out all over the country.

Yeah I thought this was the last episode and I was thinking how on earth can they end for the summer with the crash!

I think it still could be April killing herself and it wind up that everyone is safe on the plane. Who knows though.

Until tonight I thought it would be April and suicide. After the crash, I am thinking Arizona since there was the part where she something like 'dont leave me' to Callie. Also, Derek might be seriously injured which will get them to stay in Seattle.

didn't the creator say it was a beloved charater who dies and that everyone was crying when they did the first read of the script. Yes, it would be sad if April died but I don't consider her a beloved character.

I agree with the guess it will be Arizona. Too much foreshadowing with her asking Callie to never leave her. Did we get a firm head count of who was on the plane? I had to run and take care of my screaming 11 month old so I missed seeing exactly who was on the plane.

I think that April won't die. She'll end up getting a position at Seattle Grace because someone died. Then there will be a long drama story about how she feels guilty and someone had to die for her to get a job.
