Black bag - meh. It smells all chemicaly.

Formula X Nail Color in Power Source. Pretty pinky coral. But this is the second nail polish I've gotten from Ipsy in 3 months, and nowhere in my stuff does it say I want nail polish.

Altchek MD Depuff Eye Pads - 2 pair. They seem interesting. 

It Cosmetics Brow Power - again, a nice product. But not really something I needneedneed. 

trestique Mini Shadow Crayon in Venetian Gold - pretty color, kind of a bronze-ish. Will use.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer - good thing. Wanted to try this for a while.

I'm getting a lip stain, the IT cosmetics brow pencil, the Smashbox primer, Lavanilla body butter, and an eyeshadow crayon.

I hate the Smashbox primer and was really hoping for a Melted.

In April, I got a new credit card. I didn't give it to them because I wanted to cancel. Somehow they found my new number and started charging it. I have no idea how this happened but it majorly freaks me out. I need to call them tomorrow and complain.

Don't freak out. If there was an authorization on your old card, it's usually good for a certain period of time with the same account, even if you get a new number.

Right? It's scary. I emailed them because they don't have a phone number but I will hunt it down if they don't respond. I can't see how it would have happened.  

I was wondering if I spaced out and gave it to them at some point. But there's no way that happened. They emailed me on May 2 to say they didn't have my card. Then on May 13 that I didn't give them my new number and I was really surprised that they were sending me a bag anyway.  pandce.proboards.com/thread/446069/tell-me-more-ipsy

But I checked my statement, and saw they charged my card on May 7. So I think on May 13, I would have remembered if I had given them my number in the previous week.  And then I thought, "oh maybe my old card number still works somehow?" and then forgot about it.  Today I remembered to investigate.  When I checked my account, I saw my new card number was in there.

How the hell did they get it??

When I log into Ipsy, my new credit card number is listed in my account.

Ipsy replied and said that my method of payment was automatically updated when the bank issued a new card, and that this is a service my bank offers automatically. This is strange, because I've had to update tons of other reoccurring payments.

Time to call the bank.

I'm disappointed. I wanted the Melted or It Cosmetics brow stuff and got neither. My bag is mostly things I don't want or use - I've kept my preferences up to date and done reviews of past bags. I've been waiting for an excuse to cancel so I did.

J. Cat Beauty Liptitude Hydrating Lip Stain - Pretty deep rose color and very impressed with staying power! I would purchase this.

Key West Aloe Mango Moisturizing Lotion - Smells good, perfect for summer, but not necessarily hydrating enough for me to purchase, it also leaves a little bit of a greasy residue.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer - I am extra-oily and this primer did not stop me from becoming oily, which in turn did not prevent my makeup from sliding off.

BioRepublic SkinCare Sheet Mask Trio - I only tried one mask so far and I did enjoy it. It was refreshing and my skin felt very soft after using it. Depending on the price I might buy.

tre'Stique Mini Shadow Crayon - I LOVE this color. I may purchase this item!

I've had this happen with Chase and AT&T. I hate updating recurring payments, but it's creepy.
