so i bought myself a cast iron skillet. now what?

On a similar note, carbon steel pans are supposed to be about as good as cast iron, but like 10 lbs lighter. Cook's Illustrated did a review of them, and I want to buy their winner. So I saved the magazine to put it on my Amazon wishlist. Naturally, before I did so, H threw it away (he's really good at that).

Anyone have the latest Cook's Illustrated?
