Friday is pizza night. Sometimes we make our own, get delivery, take and bake, whatever suits us. This time of year we usually watch football or rent a movie on iTunes.

Our Fridays nights are pretty much just like yours. I always start the week thinking we'll do something fun on Friday, and by the end of the week, I'm just counting down the minutes until I can put on pajamas and do nothing.
H usually gets home around 6:30, we put the kids to bed by 8. I usually have a manhattan then and cook a nicer dinner (typically steak or something), we split a bottle of wine and watch something on Netflix.

This. Eyes glazed over, watching tv.
Generally, we get delivery after she goes to bed and watch tv. We almost never go out on week nights because she is an exhausted mess after school and it wouldn't be fun.
Nothing. I work a half day on Friday and I always have grand plans of getting a jump start on stuff that needs to be done. So far, I've pulled out 9m winter clothes and thrown them in the wash. The tub of hand me downs is strewn about the living room and I'm rocking DS while he naps because he's a pill today. We'll be having takeout for dinner.
I get off early on Fridays, at 4. I pick up DD at daycare and maybe run an errand then we head home. I try to get laundry started and, if we don't have evening plans I start dinner. DH gets home around 6 and the last few weeks I've scheduled our grocery delivery for 6-7 also. Occasionally we get take out, but it's easier for me to make dinner on Friday nights than any other night bc I'm home around 4:45 vs 6. After DD goes to bed we usually chill. Not much different than other nights of the week, other than DH and I stay up later sometimes.

I don't even work, and we still do nothing on Friday nights.
More often than not, we feed the kids leftovers or cereal for dinner, then we get food delivered after they're in bed. Then we attempt to watch something on TV (a movie about half the time, sometimes just TV), but one of us usually falls asleep -- either on the couch or in bed.
But I've been like this on Friday night since before kids. DH used to make fun of me when I'd try to make plans for Friday night because I would usually be at work until 6 then fall asleep in front of the TV by 8:30.
It's 650 and we got takeout pizza, dd1 and dh are on the couch cuddling watching a show and I just put dd2 to bed. I am lying in bed exhausted. The house is a mess and we have a small get together at our house tomorrow for DD2's birthday. I am not up for it, exhausted.

get ready for our exhausting amount of kid activities ... four ball games every weekend, scouts, swimming practice, children's choir. Winter is not much better ... replace baseball with basketball.
They're basically exactly like every other night. DH gets home at 6ish (usually-he's working late tonight), we eat dinner, get ready for bed, and dd1 is in bed at 7. Dd2 plays or watches tv with DH until 8 when I get her into bed. One of us will then hang out with ds while the other cleans up and we're both in bed by 10.

Usually like any other weeknight, unless DH happens to get home early (like summer Friday's). Tonight DS is watching 101 Dalmations and I'm on my phone, waiting for DH to get home. He's ordering pizza for dinner.
We do like doing something Friday night, it makes the weekend feel longer. Usually it's just an errand like Target.
In terms of ideas for stuff is J old enough for any board games yet? Is she into pretend play? When V is in a good mood we can get 15 minutes of pretend kitchen play and 15 minutes of "memory".
Also I think you get to play the "very pregnant" card as far as staying in
I think hermione might have some ideas for entertaining a high energy toddler who won't sleep
My sister comes over almost every Friday night. We order take out and chat and hang out with the kids. She leaves sometime during the bedtime routine with the kids. She often reads one book to the kids before leaving.
Then H and I hang out and watch tv. Sometimes I get some laundry done.
Same as every other weekday. The kids wake from their naps, we all have a snack while watching TV (DD nurses obvs). DH comes home, one of us cooks while the other plays with the kids. Bath, bedtime routine, 245,678 bedtime stalling antics by DS. Finally Netflix and pre-bed libations (junk food for me, scotch for DH).

Same as most people.
Right now I'm on my phone at the kid salon while the boys get their haircuts. It's halfway between home and DH's work, so we are meeting at a nearby park and having a picnic dinner while the kids tire themselves out. We'll go home and do a quick bath and bedtime for the boys. Once they are in bed I take a shower while DH is on newborn duty. We usually watch one quick show on Netflix and then DD and I go to bed for the night between 9 and 10pm.
We aren't a M-F family so our situation is a little different. I only work until 3:30 on every other Friday so DS1 doesn't go to aftercare and I pick him up right after work. We then try to do something special, just the two of us. Sometimes it's at home, sometimes it's ice cream out. We then pick up DS2 and eat dinner and play. DH is at work on Friday nights so it's just the three of us. If DS1 is able to stay awake after DS2 falls asleep we'll start a movie and watch until one of us falls asleep. I'm also so exhausted on Fridays after wrangling the kids by myself all week, but then I wrangle all weekend too, I'm just so tired these days.
