I used the kellymom recommendation/calculator from her site-saying that babies tend to consume, on average, 25 ounces a day... then divide that by # of feedings to guesstimate how much in each bottle.
DD started daycare right at 2 months and I sent 3 ounce bottles for the first week, and they said she fussed at the end of every bottle. I've been sending 4 ounce bottles ever since and she's been fine (she's just now 3 months).
3.5 oz, give or take 0.5 oz. But I had an oversupply and OALD both times so they were used to firehose boobs. At 12 weeks they were at 4oz consistently when they started daycare.
Best indicator is to do a weighed feed to see how much she takes at the breast and put that amount in the bottle.

Yeah I have a pretty good baby scale at home and she does take 4 ounces pretty often... I just wish it was less because I hate pumping hahaha.
Haha, I always wished for less, too, but no dice. At least your supply is good!
I don't remember how much I put in bottles at that age, since they were infrequent, but I remember some weighed feeds and it was anywhere between 3 and 7oz. So I think it's safe to start with 3oz and offer an extra ounce at a time if necessary.
I think we were doing 3 oz 8x per day (plus an extra oz here and there when they need it). I think we bumped up to 3.5 oz per bottle around week 7. They are still taking 3.5 oz per bottle at 10 weeks. They don't always finish it though. This is the same for the formula bottle they get each day, too.
Now that I'm back to work and she's getting bottles more regularly she's getting 4oz bottles since 12 weeks old. She drinks it all and seems fine with that amount.
Yesterday my MIL gave her a 4oz bottle of BM she took with her out to the lake while they walked the dog. She said DD was still acting hungry and fussy so she gave her 2oz of RTF formula she had on her (one of those little newborn premade bottles) and she was fine after that. But my MIL has always been one to want to overfeed babies and I've just learned to let it go and not care.
We started out giving DS 4 ounces in a bottle (first bottle was at 3 weeks old). It gradually increased after about 2 months and then plateaued at 6 ounces, where he stayed until he ditched bottles on his own around 11 months.
Have you done a weighed feed? Knowing how much DS drank directly from me helped me figure out whether he was actually still hungry at the end of a bottle or whether he was just not used to the bottle being faster than the breast.
4oz but she was a snacker and just drank a little bit at a time. At 9 months she still won't drink more then 4oz at a time. (She drinks 32-36oz of breast milk daily so overall consumption is decent. Just likes it in small portions)
3 oz. At 6 months, he does 4 oz and has since about 4 months. He would probably take 10 oz at a time though if we put it in a bottle (My mom gave him 8 ounces one time because he was "hungry"). He just drinks and drinks and drinks until the bottle is empty without regard to his hunger. Then he spits it all up. However, if he isn't hungry, he won't drink anything so that stops some overfeeding. Like his mom, his full sensor is delayed...
Usually around 3oz at that time, now she's taking 4oz. Or 2oz and a short (1hr) break then 2 more. I think she likes to "snack" since she's used to me being readily available to her. I've only recently been able to feed her from both sides in a sitting though. DD is 4 months now.
