When no one would bite, she wouldn't say another word.

I hesitated to post this because I'm still embarrassed, but when our house went into foreclosure last summer from all that ^, she dropped a not-as-subtle hint all the while talking out of both sides of her mouth "SM, i do wish you the best. whether this is legit, or not legit, i obv do not wish harm or poor circumstances on anyone." --bullfuckingshit. But then someone picked up her comment, and that was all she needed to keep going, all the while wrapping it up like it was some theoretical maybe to leave herself an out. It was one of the lowest points of my life (at least where the circumstances were something I had some control over), I felt like an absolute failure, and I was absolutely terrified because I couldn't figure out how we were going to keep paying the medical bills and copays and not lose our house, and there she was, stirring the pot and leading the charge making me feel even worse--probably just for the fun of it.

Just to make it all CEP, I do believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty.  And yet, like the NSA, I think if you have nothing to hide, why fear interrogation?  I find it telling that the suspect here disappeared for the day, despite the fact that Proboards had her tagged as online practically all day.  I know for a fact that if I were accused, I would be vehemently defending myself while providing receipts to you and EllieArroway.  This isn't a court of law; it's the Internet.

Having done some backstory reading for the last couple of hours, regardless of her participation in the racist act against Smo, I think booby's behavior is 100% harassment and she should be banned for that alone.

lys is only banned from this board.

You can ban by username and IP address. Although there are work-arounds to both. Basically it's hard to do. You need banning and general ignoring to get it to stick.
