Rented an Airbnb place with friends this weekend. Made the pillow cover, two bowls, half a bunny, and a machine cover. Of course I brought 4 more projects I never touched.
I realize that I am quoting from several months ago, but I LOVE these bowls. Do you have a tutorial link for them?

I just finished my Halloween wreath! I don't usually decorate for Halloween, as we rarely get kids in my neighborhood. But I was inspired to make this and it was really quick and easy with my trusty glue gun. 😊
This is a little old, made this for a coworker that used to be a microbiologist. It's a petri dish baby quilt, pattern is Cultured from Quilt Lab book.
One final update. I couldn't post until after the guild meeting. Our service committee did a Funky Fabric Challange. We were each given a "funky fabric" and had to make a quilt from. Here is mine. My challenge fabric is the light blue/aqua. The others were fabrics I had in my stash.

I love that!!! Do you have a pattern?
Thank you! But no, I don't have a pattern. I don't quilt from patterns. I quilt form pictures.
So this is a basic four patch (4.5" squares sewn up to make 8.5" squares.) Then I took 8.5" squares of the blue fabric and using thin scraps of the other fabric making up the four patch squares, I did a slice-and-insert technique by Jacquie Gering. You can probably find her book, Quilting Modern: Techniques and Projects for Improvisational Quilts, at your library. This has her S-A-I method in it.

I've been meaning to send a card package off to a dear friend for almost a year. I had a pile of stuff to send, but finally stitched out something for her. It's a mish mash of a cross pocket Buggaband from Buggalena, a font from Designs by JuJu, who make amazing fonts, and the magical ride design is from UrbanThreads, my favorite place for embroidery designs right now.

I assembled one of my angels today. Design is from UrbanThreads. Their FSL is the best. There's one done with stabilizer to wash out and another half done. It stitches out in 4 tedious pieces.
I cross posted this at CE&P. I finished my first pussy(cat) hat! I'm hoping to finish and send ten to protesters at the march in January in DC. It's a bit big since I accidentally used the wrong size needles but I think it'll be fine.

I made my first quilt using a sewing machine (the two baby quilts I have I've been doing by hand). I skipped the batting and just used fleece for a backing, it's just shy of 5' x 7', using as a couch quilt.
I had extra fabric after making the quilt, so I made stockings for DS and myself.

I've been working on finishing a sweater for my MIL. I guess her mother started knitting it an unknown number of years ago, then put it in hibernation, then died. It had a sleeve and a half left, and some moth holes I had to fix. I'm on the last sleeve. (1 repeat into the pattern, about 5 and some ribbing to go).
Photo is of the other sleeve as I was finishing it. I'm loving this sweater, although the pattern is poorly written. I may attempt another one for myself.

What an amazing and thoughtful gift! The sweater is beautiful too.

I've been working on making pillow covers for our living room. This is Elizabeth Hartman's Sleepy Sloth block (24"x24"). I love their little faces! I'm a huge fan of EH's patterns, but I really struggle with how to quilt her patterns. The high-contrast for face details makes it hard to find a good blender thread to just do an allover design and the odd shapes make it hard to do any custom quilting. I'm going to sit on these for a few days while I figure out what to do.

I made a quilt for DS. I hadn't intended on giving it as a Christmas present, but it went so much faster than I expected, that I became determined to finish it. I ran out of time to finish the binding (it was halfway done), so I wrapped it and told him I'd finish it after we did presents. He got off work at 7, ate, did presents, and I was able to finish the quilt at 11 before going to bed.
Machine pieced/quilted with a hand stitched binding and fleece backing (no batting). Colors are most "true" toward the bottom half of the photo.
