If they are the same ones she wore the day before, then (as identified by What Kate Wore) they are the Pied a Terre black ‘Imperia,’ now known as the ‘Karley‘ by Dune London.
Late to the party as usual, but I am LOVING these flowy, printed, long dresses!
And I adored the Temperly separates she wore last (?) night. Oddly, I'm not digging the jade dress from today quite as much . . . I can't figure out why she didn't wear a bra (or wore an oddly fitting bra) with it.
Yes! I thought I was the only one. Her boobs looked so weird and cartoonish in that dress
Meeting and lunch with Prime Minister Narendra Modi (LOVE her updo! Dress by Temperly):

Meeting with women's rights advocates from the group Stop Acid Attacks:Â
On day three of their official tour of India, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with a group of Indian women to hear about a range of issues affecting women and girls in the country.
The meeting was convened at the personal request of The Duke who wanted an opportunity to hear directly from women working to support other women and girls. He also wanted to get a sense of work being done to help young women to achieve their full potential and for men to become more supportive of the women and girls in their lives.
Meanwhile, back in London, Prince Harry attended a Westminster Abbey service for those with deceased or injured loves ones in the 2015 Tunisia beach hotel attacks:

My sister is in London on vacation and went to Wesminster Abbey yesterday and of course ended up about 30 feet away from Prince Harry (had no idea he would be there). She said he smiled and waved at her - I think she's announcing their engagement when she returns to the U.S. .
Remember back when HARRY wasthe dorky looking one?
Speaking of dorky - I've seen so many people on twitter comment about how happy they are that William hasn't worn his trainers yet on this tour. They think Kate had an intervention and made him wear decent shoes, lol. Although someone noted today that he pulled out his go-to belt (which also hadn't been seen yet) but who wants their trousers to fall down on safari.
Arrival in Bhutan, where they were greeted at the airport by the King's sister and her husband:
I read that yellow is the official color of royalty in Bhutan so I guess the dress choice was intentional. (ETA: And Britain generally uses purple, so maybe that was the point of her outfit change?)
Procession ("Chipdrel") to meet the King and Queen:
With the King and Queen. Kate's top is a wool cape from Paul & Joe, and her skirt was made by a local woman from traditional Bhutanese fabric (my mistake: another source says that the fabric for the skirt was woven in Bhutan by a local woman, but the skirt itself was made for Kate back in London):
They tried their hand at archery:
lilibet , lol (I guess they're referring to the King's shoes?)
Oh, and going back to India for a moment ... apparently the Prime Minister has a powerful handshake:
