I think it's interesting that the new vice lipsticks are cheaper than the revolutions were. (I'm not crazy right? $17 vs. $22)

I imagine a whole shitton of market research went into that, because I know my kneejerk reaction is oh...$22...ummm, hmmm, I better LOVE it. But $17 sounds much more palatable. I mean, it's just two revlons, right? It's a pretty solid price point - expensive enough to not feel cheap, not so expensive that it'll slow me down from hitting submit on a cart...

I'm leaving my job soon, and I've just been NGAF about makeup lately. I do bb cream and my brows. Mascara is just too annoying right now. I've been toying with looking into lash tinting so I officially don't have to mess around with mascara.

Quality is amazing or anything, but they applied great last night with a regular brush and a wet brush. I think they're great for the price. I love that you can tell a few of the colors in the Wild & Alluring palette are duochrome. Yay cheap makeup that's actually nice!!

My Morphe 35F came today! I think I might do something really silly and try a different shade each day... They're gorgeous.

ETA Just a few swatches. These are the most buttery shadows I've ever felt.

Still no Vice sample from Ulta, I am sure it isn't coming now. I contacted Ulta customer service just now and they said it was completely random and they are all sold out already. She offered me a $15 egift card though. I will go buy something as close to $25 from Sephora to get the sample then use the credit at Ulta to cover the cost of most of one I want. Not a perfect solution, but not half bad.

Oh no, it's not a matter of catching up! I've been platinum for a couple years. It was a matter of slowing down and using all stuff I acquired thanks to the huge post on CEP. ENABLERS!

Dip and powder update: This morning I've gotten some chips doing laundry. This Tuesday would have made three weeks. One chip is big. I'm going to try and remove it myself this afternoon.

I am wearing one of my Jem and the Holograms liquid lipsticks today, the bright pink one which I think is the signature one. I don't love this color on me. But that won't stop me from having all the fun with it.

A lot of liquid lipsticks are so, so matte, which I don't love, such as the WnW Varnish. (This also doesn't stop me from wearing those, either, lol)

Also, tge Walgreens near me had the WnW highlighters but not the color I wanted.
