The feather lashes fascinate me. they must feel so funny on.
I'm wearing another of my new bag o' lip products - Revlon Ultra HD Matte lip color. Another liquid matte kinda thing with an overly large doe foot applicator. (I have small lips. I think all doe foots are too big) I'm really impressed by the staying power. I just ate lunch and it's still going strong. I had soup - I doubt it'd make it through a hoagie or something, but for light duty food eating it was good. A smidge drying, but nothing a swipe of balm or gloss won't fix.

I just discovered Desi Perkins on YT and I love her. I'm sure she's been mentioned here a thousand times. She isn't annoying and I love that she explains every single brush stroke. Makeup newbies should check her out!
I think Milani discontinued their mango tango power lip. I may throw things.
I'm having a hard time finding Milani stuff in general. My local CVS used to have it in store, but they completely removed the display a few months ago. I popped into Walmart and they had a really limited selection of Milani stuff. I finally stumbled across a Milani display at a Super Kroger, but didn't really have time to fully check it out; I plan to go back soon an scope it out.
I'm so jealous. Yo, Ulta, I give you all my money, where's my free surprise stuff in the mail?!
I'd be happy with just a 20% off everything coupon right around now. It's been a while and I need sunscreen and my husband is getting low on aftershave balm.

I just made the most impulsive impulse buy I've ever made. I saw the Morphe 35F palette, thought it looked pretty, and bought it immediately. Curse you, PayPal checkout!!
Apparently the new Anastasia palette is permanent! Which is good because I have no business buying makeup now, but I saw it on Temptalia and it's beautiful.

Y'all, I had the most fun evening. I can't remember if I mentioned this but my coworker is going to a gala on Thursday and wants me to do her makeup. I went over yesterday to practice and I had to tease her a little about her stash. Like it's all old Revlon and some clinique samples and stuff. So tonight we met up at sephora and we played and found her some good stuff. We got her Nars concealer, a sephora pen liner, Laura Mercier artist palette, a powder brush, and a roller lash point perk sample. And then we went to Nordstrom to look for long lasting lip colors and both got a YSL glossy stain that's super pretty. And then we went and had wine. Yay!
i went to the rouge fall preview event this morning. had some fun stuff out to play with, snacks, drinks, mini make-overs, lots of samples and i got a free makeup bag. it's the first special event of theirs i've gone to so i was happy.
i got a 'daytime eye' makeover. she used the laura mercier artist palette and i picked up a few tips.
the nars liquid gold set was super pretty, lots of shimmer and gold-ness. the new smashbox master class looked interesting too. some of the new UD lipsticks were out too - i loved sabotage. might pick that up later. looked at the gwen palette (which was marked down) and will probably be ordering it later tonight so i can get a few more free samples.
i bought the sun safety kit which they got from the back for me. i loved it last year and it was different enough products this year to try again. plus 20 bucks (of 32) goes to skin cancer research so i figure it's worth it.
