DS1 went to an in-home provider until DS2 came around. And then they both went to a centre. Now they're in school, the'll go to an in-home after school provider
I work 30 hours a week. DS is in a center 3 days a week, home with me on Thursday, and with my dad and stepmom until 2 on Friday (I get off early that day).
My DD#1 public school...after/before school daycare and DD#2 my MIL takes care of her exclusively. We pay her. My FIL will pick up DD from daycare which is very nice for us.

Full-time center for DD, but she's only 3. SD1 is 12, she gets on/off the bus by herself. SD2 is currently waitlisted for afterschool care, so I rush home to meet the bus. She goes to before-school care at the school though. So, a bit of everything!

I voted other because ours is a combo of nanny 3x/week and grandparents 2x/week. On grandparent days, the oldest goes to preschool 9-2 and they do pick up/drop off.
As a baby, partially my parents, partially a nanny. Then we moved when he was 2. Then it was partially my parents, partially an inhome daycare. Then preschool - so it was preschool/parents/inhome Then once school started, I was luckily able to get him into the school aftercare program, which is what I voted for. My parents help in the mornings when DH is working.
We both work full time, but I work at home so I can shift my hours a bit as needed. We have a nanny 35 hours a week. She leaves when they go down for their afternoon nap and I continue working until they wake up.

Our situation varies on summer/school year.
School year my hours are such that I can pick them up after school, so I picked "no care needed for hours worked". (I WAH min 8 hours/day. DH does drop-off and has an office job w 10 min commute.)
Summer we vary it up between a babysitter and our parents. (3 days sitter, 1 day ILs, 1 day my parents)

We both work full time. My mom watches DD on Monday and Friday, and my ILs watch her Tues-Thurs. We'll begin looking to sending her to a center, at least part time, soon though, so that we're not taking advantage of anyone's generosity, and so that DD can interact with other kids her age.
Right now, both boys are in full time daycare center. I drop off, DH picks up.
Next year, DS1 will come home after full-day kindergarten and DS2 will continue at the center. I work from home, so I can take my lunch break at 3 when DS comes home and DH is usually home by 4. I am counting down the days until our childcare costs drop drastically.

Daycare center full time since 12 weeks. He's there from about 8AM-5PM M-F give or take depending on who drops off and picks up and whether or not we work early/late, etc.

DD will be 3 in a month and is at a full-time daycare center/preschool (there since she was 3 months old). When she starts K, we'll use aftercare at least some days and perhaps early-morning care too depending on my schedule in Fall 2018.
ETA: We'll do the same arrangement for a future kid.
DD has always gone to a center. We had a nanny for DS's first year and DD still went to a center. Now DD and DS are both at the center, but when DD2 is born, we'll get a nanny again, DD1 will switch to part time at the center until Kindergarten, and DS will still go to the center full time. Then after DD2 turns 1, she'll join her brother at the center.
