THAT IS NOT A JUSTIFIED REASON FOR THIS SHIT! SPECULATING WHY DOESNT CHANGE THE FACT IT HAPPENED AND WHAT THE RECOURSE IS.
I've never thought HRC was a warm, cuddly grandma. Who the fuck did? I am 100% positive she can be a mean bitch. So can I. So can you. NONE OF THAT MAKES OBVIOUSLY ATTEMPTING TO INFLUENCE AN ELECTION OKAY SO IT DOESNT MATTER IN THIS THREAD.
*adjusts too hat*
I realize you're new to the board, so let me just say... this is what we do. We speculate on everything. Hell, we spent months on conspiracy theories on what happened to a damn plane.
I think we didn't adequately debate whether the plane was nice or not, though.
I am always skeptical of people who claim to know that Hillary is a bitch to her staff.
It makes me angry that women are expected to sugarcoat things. All of my professional correspondence is written with this in mind and it's bullshit because men can phrase things and act however they want and they're only called assholes if they're genuinely an asshole.
Hillary is strong. She doesn't fuck around. And it hasn't earned her any fans, but it has earned my vote.
I don't want a president who coddles people.
You know....not to derail here, but I see myself in this. When I send an email to one of my staff it's always, "will you, please..." or "would you...." always ending with a question mark. My male co-worker (hopefully soon to be boss) always phrases things "please do this. thanks" No question mark. Just do it. Please, aka telling someone nicely. Why do I always feel like an asshole when I direct people like this?
Because women are perceived as assholes for doing the same thing as men. Constantly.

There was a lot of "Putin is a shady bastard".
All I'm saying is that we have talked a lot about other leader's personal characters. It's never been off-limits before.
In relation to FBI, this feels personal to me. I think there's more than just politics going on.
I don't use twitter, can anyone who does explain the order in which the bot posted the "historical" posts? Why would you want the most recent article posted first on this type of media, where you expect to see recent items at the top?
You wouldn't want them posted that way. But, if a bot is handling it, you really don't have a choice. Somebody either A) noticed the integration wasn't working and found the perfect timing to reinstate it or B) did an upgrade that pushed out the updates that were just sitting in queue.
The non-customized tweet content and early AM posts lead me to believe that this is a backend integration built into the website and not a social media scheduling tool that is user created.
It's straight from Wikipedia- that's the first line of their Fred C T*rump page. It was pulled from their "recently added" page, which is where the wiki "definition" for Fred C. T*rump came in. Did we know his "C" stood for Christ? That makes "Cheeto Jesus" even more fun.

Posts went from "maybe this is why" to "yeah she is a bitch" heard third hand and shit like that always has an undercurrent of "probably deserves it." And that's coming from supporters.

Because you know they will likely call you an asshole for it lol. Just because actions of men and women should be viewed equally doesn't mean it is.

Whoa. No one called her a bitch. That's very different from mentioning that she can sometimes unjustifiably be an asshole to her security detail.
I don't think anyone is disputing the FBI is out of line. And no, she wasn't asking for it. If it is "revenge" of some sort, that is very clearly misogyny.
My feeling is there might be some interest by the people doing this in preventing the appearance of "basket of deplorables" -style thinking from being soundly rejected by the voters. This is to avoid Hillary and Democrats feeling like they have a mandate. I don't see it as personal.

No. I think there's a lot of projection going on. I can guarantee that none of us that have posted think that she deserves it. I will not be classified as such either.

I've know this specific person for 20+ years. Is it an anecdote? Clearly. However, I know better than to post 4th hand bullshit from someone I don't trust.
I doubt it. He's also talked about guys being dicks.
I've heard some chatter about both the Clintons and Obamas.
But usually I shrug it off and ask whoever is sharing if they are 100% nice to 100% of the people they encounter. Most of them concede the point...presidential families are surrounded by agents nearly every minutes of their lives so they definitely see the best and the worst. Stories of the worst are certainly more interesting.
Right. The person I know who is in a position to have a direct opinion (lol, everyone knows someone who is SS apparently) said she was no worse than anyone else he had worked for previously. Which sounds about right, everyone has their moments I would imagine. But he also doesn't hate the Clintons or Hillary, which I suspect might have an impact on how some perceive her actions. SS are people too, with their own biases and opinions, both negative and positive. I'm have no doubt she has pissed off many people along the way - show me a woman at her level who hasn't. It's not all rooted in sexism, but it's certainly a component.
Attorney General Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey spoke privately Monday about the process of the bureau examining thousands of emails thought to be connected to long-time Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, according to a source familiar with the situation.
The talk, which took place after a regularly scheduled national security meeting at the FBI yesterday, was a "one-on-one" discussion, according to the source that briefed ABC News.
The FBI, which previously investigated Clinton's use of a private email server while she served as secretary of state, has pulled the hard drive from a laptop used by Abedin's estranged husband Anthony Weiner, who is under investigation for allegedly sexting with a minor.
The source said the two talked about "the seriousness of the ongoing matter" which has caused a political firestorm in the final days leading up to the Nov. 8 election. Lynch wanted to personally check in to see how the FBI chief is doing, the source told ABC News. The conversation was described as "cordial,” and it was the first time the two had spoken in person since the latest controversy erupted on Friday.
Both the FBI and the Attorney General remain under pressure to release more information about the investigation. According to the source, Lynch still has confidence in Comey to manage the developments in the probe.
I'm growing older but not up. My metabolic rate is pleasantly stuck, let the winds of time blow over my head. I'd rather die while I'm living than live while I'm dead.

That seems really risky?
I think it's as someone posted earlier; the mostly Republican FBI circling the wagons. And if it leads to Trump actually winning, it would be terrible for the country but I guess good for appointing conservative SCOTUS judges and pushing conservative policies. If Hillary won, but by not as much as initially predicted, she takes office with less support and momentum. Maybe someone's getting an early start on trying to make her a one term president.
Evan McMullin is on Don Lemon complaining about how the Republicans are blocking the investigation of Trump/Russia stuff. Then Don changed the subject. Wtf Don.
