I left my makeup eraser in Ohio when we went home over the holidays, so I ordered a knock-off from Amazon that was well-reviewed.

It sucked and was totally not the same.

So I re-ordered the actual makeup eraser and got it yesterday. It's satisfying to have a good one again.

I suck at boycotting Sephora...says my impromptu $450 trip today. I got the Peach palette, a few MJ eyeliners, a couple of MJ cream shadows, some BB hair products, & the tarte rainforest 2 palette. They didn't have the MJ polish color that I'm lusting after though. And their rewards sucked so I didn't use any points. I really need to start going to Ulta. Points into dollars is so much better. 

secretlyevil , do you use the beauty blenders? Twenty five bucks just seems so expensive for a sponge! 

ETA: Is a MU eraser different than a sponge?

I need some suggestions, I feel like I'm at peak makeup lol.

And the makeup eraser is a microfiber cloth that removes makeup with just water. I've heard a lot of great things about it.

My skin is much better so haven't been wearing foundation lately so I may "need" to get a BB/CC cream.

I'm really into tight lining lately. Maybe because it gives a more natural look?

I won a free hydra facial and can't wait to get it Thursday!

zoomzoom, I recently started using a beauty blender and I love it, but yes it's expensive. I've seen some good reviews of the Loreal sponge that is a knockoff which I think I will try next.

zoomzoom, I have tried RT's blender and Ulta's mini sponges. They were good. I just am not a sponge person.

I hate having the flu (luckily on the other side of it). My skin is so dry, dehydrated and flaky right now. I went out today for the first time and my makeup just flaked off my skin. Sigh. Oh, well. It'll get better in a week or so.

secretlyevil - for Ulta points, last time around I got shadow singles (DIY Anastasia quad in colors I didn't have), and brushes.

I somehow have 2000 Ulta points again. In August, I had about 1800 and they did that customer appreciation day with 10X points. I wound up with 2800 from that. That day I bought shower gel, some IT cosmetics brushes, and mascara, I think.

Since then placed the following purchases:

Spent about $40 around thanksgiving to get shower gel for me and a $20 palette. No points bonus.

Cashed in 2000 points when it was 20% off in December. I think I spent $2 of my own money.

Spent about $100 Christmas week when it was 5x points. I got shower gel for H, sunscreen, and a couple drug store makeup things for me (stacked two 5x offers for those).

Spent $60 when there was a get 300 points on $60 promo in January. I bought Gimme Brow, a Skinfood oil cleanser, and dry shampoo.

Spent $60 last week during a 3x point promo. I bought shower gel for H, hair elastics, and razors.

All told, I spent about $350 to get $125 that I will combine with a 20% coupon. H really likes Jack Black shower gel, which is probably most of my Ulta spending. LOL.

I really wish Ulta had more brands that I love, but I'm going to try some NARS lipsticks with my points next.

It's been 2 hours since I got the hydrafacial and so far I'm really glad I didn't pay for it. I don't see a difference in my ski and am already noticing some whiteheads I'm not sure if this is normal but it's certainly not what I expected.

I don't even know but whenever I take those quizzes, I get either warm or neutral.

I think I must be the only person that doesn't like Tarte's shape tape. I've been using it for about a week with different application techniques, different setting powders and each time it just doesn't look right and rubs off right on my tear ducts. I think it's acatially making my eyes water upon application.

Today I used my Maybelline Fit Me and as soon as I put it on I knew I would be returning the shape tape. I kept thinking I could make it work but it shouldn't be this hard!

I'm happy because I've successfully reincorporated my retinoid (tretinoin) back into my evening routine. I used PC Resist retinol serum for a couple weeks, then buffered the tretinoin with moisturizer. Still buffering for now.

Meanwhile, AHA is a no-go. Makes me flush and flake. So I ordered this C serum to try in the morning.

A little late but I wanted to chime in.

I use the cleansing oil and love it. I also use the night shift sleeping mask and love it too. I don't use the sleeping mask all the time though because I have other AB i like more.  The milk broke me out though so I gave it to my mom.  Honestly that price seems high for what are smaller sizes.  I get the Julep box and you can usually get two skin care items a month.  I buy the boxes 3 months at a time and it works out to 20 a month I think. 

I def think you could do better though price wise and with all the other AB stuff out there.

I don't like it either, but I'm not a fan of concealer anyway. I thought since everyone was raving about it that it might work for me. Nope.
