Yeah, the peach scent was a bit too much at first. I don't know if it's because I'm used to it by now but I don't notice it anymore and I've been using that palette since December.
The Trader Joe's in Austin just started carrying a new cleansing oil. Not the Tea Tree one. This one has coconut and argan oil. It's $5, 4 oz. I'm excited to try it after I finish my Face Shop Rice Water cleansing oil.
I don't love the peach smell either, but I really don't notice it after a couple of minutes. The scent of the lip glosses lingers a little longer, but really within 20 minutes, it's not noticeable at all.
Can someone remind me what perk you get during your anniversary week with Ulta? Should I make my purchases now, while I have 2x birthday points and 3x platinum points, or will it be the same/better doing my anniversary week (also this month)?

That reminds me, I need to find the bottle I was going to give you. I think the lady who cleans my house put it somewhere so I have to play "where would Flora have put this?"

I swear, it's almost a game now to see if Ulta will ever NOT screw up my bonus points. I bought new foundation yesterday, and they didn't give me the correct bonus points, so I had to email them. This is probably the 5th time in 6 months. Check your points, people!! Ulta likes to short change you!
The foundation I bought, though, seems lovely. It's the Stila Stay All Day Foundation. It comes in a bottle like a toner or nail polish remover bottle -- you press the top, and the foundation comes out in the middle. So far, I'm a fan of the bottle and a big fan of the foundation.
Does anyone know when Ulta tends to do their 20% off? I have 2000 points that I want to spend, but I'm waiting for another 20% off!!

Choice of four lip minis. One is the Bite Multistick in Almond. I have the full-size and highly recommend.
Code is UNBORING
How do the codes work? Is there a minimum purchase?
It's $25. How do I know? Because I was looking for something to buy just to get the sample, and then I realized that maybe I should work on the 10 lipsticks I have.
I'm so confused about my skin care routine. My aesthetician said she thinks I may be doing too much but it is less than many AB routines and less than what Caroline Hirons recommends.
I successfully completed my January makeup no buy. I caved on my skincare no-buy and bought some sheet masks for like $13, but I didn't buy anything else after that. I'm very proud of myself!!!
I'm going to roll it into a Feb makeup and skincare no-buy.
Apparently Sephora's 'free Flash 2 Day shipping' is now ground. WTF? I placed an order on Wednesday and it won't be here until Tuesday. That's hardly 2 day shipping. I am getting so done with Sephora. This might be it for them.
ETA: Apparently something I ordered is considered Haz Mat so it legally has to be shipped ground. Would have been nice to know. I would have just gone to Sephora this weekend.

Well, everyone's skin is different as far as what it needs and what it can tolerate, so maybe she's noticing something that could use addressing. What are you currently doing and what did she suggest dropping?
I agree with sporky. When I first got my Clarisonic, I was using it religiously. My skin actually got worse! My aesthetician told me to lay off - that I was over cleansing my skin. I switched to a silk brush and use it maybe once a week now with much better results. Is this someone that you see regularly? If so, I would definitely listen to her and get her thoughts on what your routine should be.

Did you order nail polish? That always ships ground. I think I've had it happen with a larger perfume before too.
