I got a sample of Becca Ultimate Coverage Complexion Creme with my primer. I'm wearing it today, and I keep stopping to admire my face in the mirror.
So, I think I'm a fan! And this is even though the color is too dark for me. I'm pretty sure this will be my next foundation purchase :-)
Oh, and I can't remember if I shared with the group yet, but the Stila Stay All Day Foundation is awful. At least on me. The dispenser is so awesome (you press down on the top and the perfect amount comes up -- like a nail polish remover with a push top) that I really wanted to like it. But it looks streaky right away, and it breaks on me really quickly. I should have returned it, but I didn't.
Sephora has new point perks and some really good coupon codes right now.
Forgot to get a refill of AquaBomb during the sale, so I just placed an order. Code PENCILMEIN for a Bite lip pencil. 250 points for set of two nice sized Farmacy samples. One is for the honey mask which I got a store sample of once and is AWESOME.
They don't carry the good Origins scrub in the jar online. Not sure about in store. SAD.
There are Origins scrubs in tubes online. Are those different?
Yes. And they are significantly more $$ per ounce. The reviews all say it's not as good as the ones in the jar. But if you haven't used the one in the jar, you might love it!

My Ulta order finally came in the mail yesterday with the new Too Faced Natural pallet. The packaging is all beat up, a corner of the pallet itself is bent, the mirror has gross stuff on it, and the shadows have obviously been swatched. So gross and sad.

Is this only at Ulta? I Googled and the one coming up at Sephora is called Ultimate Coverage Foundation, not Complexion Crème.... assuming not the same?
centralsquare - ok that makes sense, thanks. I like my scrubs to be like paste, so I have a feeling I won't like the tube ones. I might get the ginger shower gel though.
PSA for people who like a good scrub: I've been using Herbivore's Coco Rose scrub, which is at Sephora. It's a good value - jar is huge and it's so scrubby that you only need a tiny bit to get the job done. Smells great too.
I'm not going to buy it bc I don't need blush, I don't use bronzer, and I already have Rose gold.
But that new Becca palette is purty.
Between some comments I've read on Temptalia, and my own experiences, I think Becca has some quality control issues with their value sets, like palettes and those boxes at Ulta.

It's been awhile since I've ordered anything from ColourPop so I grabbed some stuff during their sale last week. Wow has their quality gone up within the last year? The metallic liquid lipstick is the most comfortable thing ever and doesn't transfer all over my face. The 3 super shock shadows (2 mattes/1 glitter) are way creamier than others I've ordered in the past and blend better on the eye. The blotted lipstick thing is interesting. It gives a lip stain kind of look but lasted a long time and didn't transfer much. Haven't had a chance to try out the powdered shadows yet but they swatched nice. I'm impressed I feel like this order really lived up to the hype.

It's the same one. If you look at the pic on the Sephora listing, the bottle says complexion creme, not foundation. LOL
I have it in the color sand. A little goes a long way, too much and I look cakey as hell. It's probably just my shitty skin, but I think it highlights all of my pores and wrinkles too. I would definitely try to get a sample of it before buying it if you are interested. Save

I've REALLY been wanting to try the blotted lip thingies. I haven't ordered from them in a while, I might have to get me a couple of those. (Should have done that when they were on sale! LOL)
Y'all there is a new Ulta going in next to my favorite movie theater. One Ulta was dangerous enough. Now there's two!
Sephora just opened inside our JCP on Friday. Even though I'm flat broke I had to go there yesterday to bask in all of its gloriousness.
I tried the amethyst Becca SSP and the TF Natural Love palette while I was there. Not in love with the Natural Love. I wanted it for the pink shades and they didn't seem to have any color payoff. Now the Becca SSP? MUST HAVE. I brushed that stuff all over me and my 6 year old daughter and we both looked and felt like unicorns. Save

If you do get them you have to let them warm up on your lip for a few seconds before they apply smoothly just fyi. That aside I'm enjoying the one I got.
