We are now home from our house hunt. We saw a couple properties that we would put offers in on. The one we like the most is holding off on any offers until Sunday night/Monday morning. (They didn't want to do any showings except the open houses on sat/sun this weekend but because we were from out of town the allowed us to see it.) It is also listed below market value, so we will see what happens come Monday.
