Totally lied. They're still in PICU. DH had texted last night to say they were moving, but when I asked what the room number was, he said they didn't move.
Apparently we didn't get to move out of PICU because of crowding.
waverly her MRI looked great. There is a LOT of blood that needs to reabsorb and some small herniation (? Not sure if this is the right word) of the brain, but nothing they're too concerned about.
They resection area is about 2-3x bigger than they'd planned - apparently once they got in there, they could visibly see tumor that didn't show up on the MRIs but was clearly visible to the eye.
I'm sorry she had a rough first night but I'm so glad to see these updates. I hope you're home already and everyone can rest. She's such a trooper and you're such an awesome mama k3am
