For DDs (will be 4 months) I will be doing just enough so that DS doesn't question why santa didn't bring them anything, so maybe one toy under the tree each and one for the fire department santa to bring. I told everyone else who asked for a list they want formula, diapers or wipes. Really though, what do 4 month olds usually get for Christmas?
When DS was a baby I did just pretty much wrap diapers and some of DD's old baby toys. For his stocking, I did socks, bibs, spoons/bowls/sippies since I needed more with 2 kids using them, and new pacifiers.
DS will be 18 months at Christmas and I am getting him a little people advent calendar before Christmas. I figure he will be overwhelmed at Christmas with his gifts, so I will keep our gifts at a minimum, while I still can.
He will probably end up getting the little people farm set, books, and stocking stuff from us/Santa.
It's never too early for me. I love Christmas and buying presents! We go way overboard and I love it. We do Santa and he brings all the fun stuff. It is there on Christmas morning unwrapped, batteries inside, ready to play with. The stuff from us is wrapped.
C is 4. So far I have purchased her:
Fort Making Kit Fingerlings Monkeys and Accessories Hatchimals Colleggtibles Walkie Talkies Magic Set A set of 20 puzzles Uno Moo Bat Bot
Still need to get: Camille and Kendall Wellie Wishers Lego Set(s)
She's getting Wellie Wishers camping set from her aunt. My mom got her the Teach n Tag Movi. I'm pushing other relatives toward experience gifts.

DD will be almost 2 and I've bought most of what she'll get from us. We don't do a lot because she's the only grandchild and gets spoiled ROTTEN by the grandparents.
- Kidcraft play kitchen - Food to play with in the kitchen - Some bath toys
I know that her "big" gift from my parents is a 4-in-1 radio flyer tricycle. But I'm sure she'll get a lot of other things too!
Ds1 has been begging for his dinosaur house back 😢 so I’m going to remake that. FIL is going to replace their Schleich dinosaur cave and get them the Schleich volcano so I can incorporate those. Now I need to figure out what kind of box/house to use since that volcano is huge!
10 year old - GoPro accessories, a lego set, a nerf gun and berg face mask thing he wants, Bloxels, some type of blue tooth speaker for his room, comic book creating supplies.
5 year old - a “real” artists easel, a ton of paints and art supplies, legos, and other stuff I haven’t figured out. He’s easy though.
As a joint gift I’m looking to re-do an area of our playroom into their Lego area - get a Lego wall built so they can build vertically and get two desks so they can sit and build together.
We have a lot of stuff so I'm trying not to get too much. We'll be flying around the time so mostly going to get small things that will work well for the trip.
James is pretty much going to have a Paw Patrol Christmas. I've got the my size Lookout tower for him, the Sea Patroller(he's been asking for this from Santa for the past month), the dogs in their sea vehicles, a PP suitcase and a PP backpack. Probably some PP underwear for his stocking and a shirt or something. The kid is seriously obsessed. I want to get him something educational too. I saw a spelling toy near the VTech stuff at Target the other day. Probably something like that His birthday is 3 weeks after Christmas. We are going on a cruise that gets back the day of his birthday. I'm going to bring a book and probably one other present with us. Otherwise his present is the cruise, even though it's really for us. I'm trying to not go overboard like I did last year. He doesn't play with half the stuff he got.
I bought DD a Fingerlings monkey and I don’t even really know what it is or if she’ll even like it. It was always being posted as a hot toy in one of my FB groups, so when it was back in stock I got it since it was only $15. I also got her a vet kit since she’s super into that lately. If I decide to keep the Fingerling then I think that’s it for toys. I’ll get some more books and arts and crafts stuff and she’s done.
DS will be 2.5. I was thinking his biggie would be Brio trains with a table, but DisJr marketing is already working as he gets super excited when he sees the commercial for this Thomas playset:

Oh that Lego area sounds really neat! You should post photos when you get done! I want to add a Lego area next Christmas as long as H is done eating things by then lol.

L is three. Last Christmas, all she requested were "stripes." This Christmas, it's cows. She's obsessed. So I'm getting her one of those riding cow things, maybe some cow-print sheets for her bed, and a few other related items. If anyone has any creative cow ideas, I'm all ears Probably a wooden train set, too, since she seems to really seems to enjoy those whenever we're around one.
No clue what I'm getting for H, though. I "won Christmas" last year by getting him an inversion table, so we'll see.
DD1 (3) has been asking for a fish, and I’m thinking about getting her a betta, even though the idea of having one mor thing to take care of does not appeal to me. We’ll see. Other than that, I got her some puzzles already, and maybe some duplos and play doh.
DD2 will be 10 months and could use a couple more toys, TBD. DD1 basically never played with toys until like 18 months, just crawled/ran around like a maniac getting into everything, so we don’t have much for older babies. DD2 also really likes DD1’s Corolle doll so I think I’ll get her her own.
I need to throw out a bunch of toys. At 3, we got my DS an excavator, the Furreal Friends talking Dragon toy (that he wanted), and some slippers. None of those ever got very much use.
This year he already talks about wanting Superhero stuff, but I don't want to get him junk. Does anyone have any super awesome superhero toys-that aren't just figurines?
My DD will be 21 months old, and I think we will get her a Doc McStuffins nursery toy. She already loves Magicclip dolls but I see they were discontinued. Boo!
DD1 (9) Wants Nanea and her accessories The Fuji instant camera Hatchimals surprise Hatchimals mini eggs Craft stuff A pink case for her flute Sporty clothes, Athleta girl, etc A ton of books
DD2 (7) Our generation vet office set and accesorios The Fuji camera Hatchimals The Barbie that comes with a dog that has puppies Unicone rainbow swirl maker Crafts Books
DS (3) He is my hard one because he already has all the big toys from his sisters Paw Patrol Sea Patroller Daniel Tiger Trolley Books And I have no idea what else. Maybe a Hot wheels track?
DS is about the same age and this past weekend was actually the first time he has played with his mega blocks in months. Do you think duplos are much different?
He got a small set for his birthday an d plays with those quite a bit. I was hoping to add to them. Plus, they're more challenging.
I agree, T will be 2 just after Christmas and I’m planning on switching out his mega locks for duplos.
Dd will be 3 in February - helmet - balance bike (still need to buy any recs?) - another bitty baby - bitty baby high chair - bitty baby packed diaper bag - books (llama llama, what do dinosaurs, Pete the cat etc from school book order) - piggy polish - PBK monogrammed jewelry box - gap bath robe - matching HA Christmas pjs - M&D floor puzzles - magic clip dolls and Cinderella castle (bought last year and stored) - fisher price Doctor kit - jellycat monkey - haba little friends grandma & grandpa to use in loving family dollhouse - Daniel tiger hallmark ornament - etsy big sister ornament
