ewall H does the same thing. I'll have a list of priority things to get done and instead he will decide to do something that yes, probably should get done, but is like number 100 on the list. So annoying!

H ordered a new mattress yesterday! I’m so excited. Plus it was spontaneous. Usually it takes him a month to research and decide on a purchase. Now he’s ordering a wine rack. He actually asked me what I wanted. Who is this man and what did he do to my husband?!?
So he got points for above but lost points by inviting people to dinner tonight without asking. Luckily I had 2 extra steaks in the freezer.
H also applied for a job in Florida that if he did get a call back I told him to take the interview. His parents are excited for us to relocate. Plus if we relocate I think it would be the push for SIL to move down there too.

Just a prime example of how different men and women can be. They definitely see things differently!
He is redeeming himself by grocery shopping and cooking dinner so I'm pleased.
DH decided that the most important task in the house was to deep clean the rarely used basement and tighten the bolts on his squat rack. Never mind the 2 bathrooms that need cleaned and the dust on every surface throughout the house. After some silent treatment and not so subtle hints, he at least cleaned the pollen and dust off the plant shelf. My rage has died down slightly.
Omg DH has had to deep clean the garage multiple times.....especially while I was pregnant.
Let’s not forget he decided to redo the upholstery (HIMSELF) in his Van the majority of my first pregnancy.
Damn it. A sorority sister of mine just passed from cancer. We barely knew each other and didn't hang out or anything but she was such an awesome person. She was always traveling and seemed so happy and full of life. I knew she had cancer but didn't know it had gotten to this point. Screw cancer for taking people like her. Seriously.
ewallestrellitaMrsMB- I feel ya. DH has spent 9 hours painting the fireplace this weekend. He’s only put the first color on one of the fireplaces (we have 2 and this project involves 3 different layers of paint). He plans to do this again next weekend too (and realistically two weekends from now). All while I have been on kid duty. So over it. Oh, and he’s currently planting an orange tree...something else that will take his time because he will have to manually water.
Yikes. They're closing schools all over the state already for tomorrow. They NEVER do that here. I'm hoping H decides to work from home even if that means I'm mostly taking care of both kids myself (H can help but obviously needs to work too, lol). I hope all this snow stops before I go back to work! We've had so much this year compared to other years!
Crazy estrellita! We haven't had any snow this year. Tons of rain here so I'm glad it hasn't been snow, otherwise we would be buried. Sorry to hear about your sorority sister
luv2rn4fun the fireplace project would drive me insane. I'm sorry! I feel your pain.
