I’ve got nothing lol. Currently doing laundry. I need to do some housework today too. DH is on 12 hour shifts this week so I plan on trying to find some free/cheap things to do. I may try to go to the beach tomorrow to get sunrise photos. I haven’t gone out with my camera in forever.
We have been fighting sickness in the house but I think we are finally over it. I'm so tired of being stuck inside so I'm planning a busy week.
M - children's museum T - splashpad W - playdate OOT Th - lunch with mom and grandma, dentist in the afternoon (cleaning for me, first visit for G) F - TBD
DH is on call this weekend. I'm thinking of trying to set up my MIL to babysit one evening so we can have a date.
We have a lot of boring stuff. Dr. appointment for DS2 tomorrow and meeting with DS1’s preschool teacher. Catching up on laundry after being out of town this weekend.
We’re getting HVAC quotes because I think ours is getting past the fixing point. The guys are here now and we’re going to try a temp fix so it works long enough to get quotes. We’ve been here 2.5 years and I think we’ve had it worked on 4 times. Bye-bye money, lol.
Nothing exciting going on here. If I feel up to it, we might go to a free concert at a park on Thursday night. That's about it. I'm hoping that H will start building the new fence this week, but we'll see.
I've been feeling really down for the past few days. I'm struggling a lot, and I'm not sure what to do. My therapist can't see me until September, and I can't seem to pull myself out of the emotional hole that I've dug for myself. I just want to curl up in a corner and cry forever.
M - on call. Laundry and dishes today. T - ultrasound at 10 am! Hoping for 1 heartbeat! Allergist appt in the afternoon. W - working T - work education thing in the afternoon otherwise no plans F - working
Today- Dunkin’ Donuts, lake. My parents are coming for a work meeting during nap (for their social media for their business). Then we are taking the boys to froyo and tball (either at the house or park)...my dad promised C this last time he was here when C requested to play but my dad had to go to work after our run.
Tomorrow- watching two other boys (4 yo and 26m) Hold me LOL
Weds- probably the lake in the am and the mall in the pm.
No other plans. Need to run and get some stuff done around the house.
Today I went for a lovely walk at the local trail, it’s about a 3 mile circuit. It was a great way to start my day! I’m going to try and go to the trail 5 times this week. I’m almost at my 2nd goal weight. Hoping to meet this mark before my doctors appointment at the end of August!
Hubs is off Tues-Sat so we are going to have lots of date days. So excited! We are going to the beach, going kayaking, probably will catch a movie, go for some walks, and do a take out dinner from one of our favorite spots, and de clutter his clothes! Woo!
I work tues-sat but I never work late, so it won’t be bad.

*hugs* katespade! I've been in a bad spot mentally lately too. I should probably get some sort of help but idk when I have time. Hope you start feeling better soon!
Hugs katespade! Congrats to your H pooh8402, and good luck at your appt. luv2rn4fun, good luck babysitting tomorrow- hope all the boys take a nice afternoon nap for you!
Chugging along here- I stopped by my work this morning and I actually felt a little sad that I wasn't staying. Granted, there's not much going on at a school in the summer, but I longed for a moment to sit at my desk and have a hot cup of coffee without being interrupted 1,000x by my own kids. I feel really lucky to be able to stay home in the summer, but I'm always ready to return to work in September.
@@ My SIL's water broke this weekend at just 33 weeks. The baby should be here by the end of the week if they can hold him in that long, so I'm a little worried about her and my nephew. I know 33 weeks is pretty good as far as prematurity goes, but nothing has gone easy for the poor girl. She was so upset she had to miss her own baby shower this weekend.
Friday my mom and brother were planning to spend the night with us because my brother has a baseball tournament in our part of the state early Sat. morning. But now apparently my father is also coming. We don't really have room for two overnight guests as it is, and three is really pushing it. H and I will probably have to give up our bed, or I guess we can have B sleep in a sleeping bag on our floor and give up her room/bed. Every time we plan something with my family, there's *always* some complicating factor. Nothing is ever as they say it will be. Ah, well, there are certainly worse things. We'll figure it out.

Thanks Blue Moon! I am hoping for that as well...but really so long as I keep everyone alive it will be a win 🤣. Huge ((Hugs)) all around. Will be praying for your SIL. I was born at 31 weeks and turned out ok. Boys are harder though. A fellow TTTC grad just had her baby at 29w3d...it hasn’t been easy but baby girl has been a rockstar with hardly any setbacks. And I met a little boy on vacation who was 1yo and born at 26 weeks...I would have never guessed he was born so early, if at all. Hope this weekend goes well for you! I hear ya on the whole SAH situation too...there are many moments I would love to escape for work even though I mostly like my time with the boys (they do drive me crazy though!).
Sorry about your SIL. Speaking from my experience in the NICU, babies who are 32 weeks and up do really well. And I have a friend whose twins were born at 29 weeks and they're super healthy happy 5 year olds.

Blue Moon My coworker had her baby about 6 weeks early a week before A was born. I haven't met the baby, but from everything she's said and pictures she's posted, you'd never know he was that early! He and A are pretty similar in their development and I think he's even ahead in some ways! FX they can keep baby in as long as possible and that everything turns out ok!

We're just settling into our new routine and being a family of 4. DH has 6 weeks of paternity leave this time which is amazing, I'm so thankful he's home. DS has swim class on Saturday and then we have newborn photos so it will be a busy but fun day. Otherwise nothing too notable this week!
My allergies are killing me today. So much congestion. I had to get out the sinus rinse.
Good thing I have a checkup with my allergist this afternoon. It's like my nose knows.
ETA: just checked the pollen report. Yesterday was high. Figures. Today is moderate and the next couple days are low so hopefully this won't last too long.
I totally forgot we are going to our ILs this weekend. We have a few boxes still there from when H moved here first. I’m so excited to have get my dishes and glasses back! I actually bought 2 plates from the dollar store yesterday because I am so tired of eating on paper plates. I’m excited to get out of the house for a few days.
I don’t feel like doing anything today. I think I’m going to be a hermit day.

NT scan went well although they found that I am at an increased risk for preeclampsia and IUGR due to the blood flow to my uterus so they have started me on baby aspirin.
Eek! DH is buying us Disney annual passes in a few weeks! We plan on going the first weekend of September for food and wine! I’m so excited!
I am SO excited for you!!! You will love having passes and your time at Disney sounds amazing (I love going with the boys but Day dream of going without them...we actually did a month ago and it was awesome)!
How do the passes in FL work? Is there a resident discount? Can you go to all the parks? There used to be a SoCal discount (we are grandfathered in) and we get access to DL and CA Adventure. No alcohol at DL, only at CA Adventure and it’s very limited. How much do they cost?
pooh8402 I've had strep enough times that when H thinks he has it, I ask him "can you still swallow? Not does it HURT to swallow, but CAN you?" Lol. Plus I've always also had a fever and felt super run down (I had it on ML, I could barely lift A). Hope he gets over his "man strep" soon 😛
