Those of you that have a Neverful, do the handles soften up? I just bought my first one from the recent LV Pool collection (my first new bag - everything else had been purchased pre-loved), and I'm not liking how it feels on my shoulders if I'm in a sleeveless top. They're so stiff. I've only carried it once but am feeling like it was a mistake despite the fact that it's absolutely gorgeous.
I have the MM in DE and mine did soften, but it’s 8+ years old now.
I was just thinking I cannot BELIEVE people spend three THOUSAND dollars on a handbag then I remembered I bought myself a $3k bicycle for my last birthday lol. I suppose it’s all about what you love!

Right? I dont give a shit about handbags, but am lusting after a pair of $3k custom speed skates. Different strokes, i guess.

There's a Birkin on Sotheby's right now that's at $96,000. And the winner has to pick it up in Hong Kong.
I’ve had mine a little over a year and I’m not a fan of how it feels on my bare shoulder. I also wish the handles were a TAD longer because it feels like the bulk of the bag is directly under my armpit when it’s over my shoulder.
Ok thanks. That's good to know. It is beautiful but I'm not sure I'll be happy with it in the long term and am considering returning it or selling it since it's not easily available. Just not sure it's the right bag for me. I agree on it sitting right under my armpit as well.
I’ve had one for over 4 years and I do not like it for all day use. The only reason I haven’t sold mine is it’s the LE Hawaii edition and it’s hard to find. So I use it sparingly. There are so many other LV bags that are way more comfortable to carry.

Lol. I tell my H that he’s lucky that bags, shoes, make up, or jewelry aren’t my thing. We save so much money . I’ve been carrying my cards in a wallet (stuffed into my coat pocket) that a coworker brought back from her home county for the last year.
I’d suggest the sac de jour from Saint Laurent as well - I have the small version and it is gorgeous but it is a full size bag. For you, I’d suggest the Baby size in the supple version. I tried this on at the Vegas store and it was so cute. You can definitely find them used for your budget. I’ve had great luck with Yoogi’s Closet.
If you’re on IG, consider following @likeabandit. Great deals and you can see different styles etc. Shes a personal shopper. Didn’t read the whole thread so apologies if someone mentioned this account already!
My hesitation was that it would not fit my sunglasses case in there. I wear prescription sunglasses and like to have enough space for that and a full size wallet.
I also like the Montaigne MM, but do I really need another bag?
It should fit. The two compartments are actually very roomy.
I just picked up the Montaigne. If you want the Montaigne, buy it quick because they’re being phased out.
Whaaaat I didn't realize this! It's sold out online. I'll have to keep looking
rikki and @princessbubbleyum - I LOVE that Hermès Evelyne. Is it discontinued?
They still make this size but they stopped making the small mini version. They are often not available on their website though or they are in stock in very limited color selections. They are pretty easy to find in the actual boutiques though.
