Swam - 1256 laps (17.84 mi) Ran - 50.95 mi Yoga - 3x Walk - 21.4 mi Bike - 22.3 mi Lifting 3 rounds x8 Badminton 1x Gave blood Something: 25/31
I did a tiny bit of lifting, but I did not streak, lose more than a pound, or eat a salad every day (though I had a lot of them and many based from my own plants). Swimming was a definite highlight, and being reactive (post-vaccine) for covid antibodies from the blood donation feels great. In June, I am hoping to do some hiking coupled with travel.
I hit 300# on my hip thrust, and scored a a sub-21 minute time on my regular skate sprint route (5.5 miles) both of which have been goals since 2019/early 2020.
My June goals are mostly nutrition related, as that is where i am struggling. Activity related goals are:
Sub 20 minute time on my sprints (this is actually an end of season goal, but no time like the present, right?).
Run: 104.1 miles Spin: 62.2 miles Walk: 53.5 miles Strength: 2x
May goals: Run at least 100 miles - check! More strength workouts (even just once a week) - NOPE. I am not a strength type person. I much prefer cardio. And, while my spinning miles have been declining, I've gotten more running and walking in. I have the nice weather (and access to a treadmill again) to thank for that.
June goals: Stay the course. I'm happy with where I ended up in May, so I'd take a repeat of that in June.
