I'll have to think of more but the ones I can think of right now. They've grown out of most of them though 😭
Reg-lee-er instead of regular Sim soup for swim suit Ash-oos for Asher (one of our cats) Mee-ight for Midnight (another cat) Plant-a-torium for planetarium (recent one, haha)
DS called muffins "buffys" when he was 1 and we all just adopted it as the word for muffin. At almost 5 years old, we still eat buffys for breakfast everyday.
He also calls his toes "foot fingers" on occasion and it kills me.
My favorites were extow for excavator and lodo for loader when he was 2ish. <3 I can still clearly remember the day I finally figured out extow and how happy he was that I understood him.
Exercise is still extra size and he's 5. No one correct him; it's adorable.
DS2 calls napkins "bacons." I couldn't understand why he kept asking for bacon every night at dinner. I was always like, sorry buddy, there's no bacon in tonight's dinner, and he'd get really upset. Total lightbulb moment when I realized what he meant.
Chick fil a = chick-il-a (both kids) The rest are E2, currently Apple = bapple Ah!-na-na = banana (the exclamation point is not a typo) Booty keem = diaper cream Tiyee = tower Mah-mah = milk, accompanied by the sign
I can't remember what E1's were. He's grown out of most of the cute names and mispronunciations now.

This reminds me that DD1 calls the back of her knees her under knee pitties.
DD didn't have many, she spoke too properly right from go. Cheddies (cherries) was cute.
DS (2) has a ton. Tea top = tea pot (toy). Chee-o's (Cheerios). Diapah keem (diaper cream). Muthins (muffins). Bananana (banana). Cibby (crib). Stuffed animals are all "Kiki friend." (Kiki is DD's stuffed animal.)
Yesterday = last day Hotel = hoo-tel Jetta (DH used to have one) = Jedi Matchbox cars lined up next to each other = snow cars (no idea where that one came from)
I’m forgetting more, which makes me sad that we’ve aged out of that.
A used to call cheesy noodles (like Kraft Dinner) "chee noonies" and now we still call them that.
In "Santa Claus is coming to town" she sings "gonna find out who's naughty at night!" My H always raises one eyebrow and winks at me when she sings it haha.
“Wap-kin” = napkin - I was pretty sad when my 6 year old started pronouncing it correctly. My youngest has a few but my favorites are: “Fro-pile” = profile “Swisher swipers” = windshield wipers
"cantalope" = antelope and "pecan" = peacock (4yo at the zoo this week) "Worm" = Norm (MIL's bf) (4 yo old outgrew, but the twins are now doing it too)

My little guy couldn’t hear well for a long time and got tubes when he was 3 so he mispronounces a lot of words still (just turned 5) and I can’t remember all of them.
Netflix = necklace Escalator = the lift (thank you Peppa) A turn = a go (peppa) Things = bits and bops (peppa)
pants=pantaloons chips=chippies legs-leggers feet=feetzers hand sanitizer=handitizer today=this day everything before today, regardless of how long ago it was=yesterday
ETA: DS's favorite restaurant is Pizza Ranch, but he calls it Ranch Pizza ETA2: our=wer. I overpronounce our and it turned into wer for DS
My dd made up a few words which I hope she doesn’t lose because it is adorable in one case (boovah =daddy) and funny in another (googerschnager= I’m annoyed or that’s frustrating in a playful way).
I crack up when I say something like “you need to wait a minute” and she gives me a silly look or stamps her foot and says “googerschnager.”
