I’ve seen Trump voters who think this is a plot serving as Merrick Garland’s revenge for the stolen SCOTUS seat and all I can think of is if he could take anyone he wanted down for that, it would most certainly be Mitch McConnell.

If this motion is granted, who determines which parts of the property receipt are redacted? If the material is classified, how are they going to publish anything meaningful about it?

And is that receipt an inventory of everything taken or only the things that were both taken into FBI custody *and* listed on the warrant? In other words, will the property receipt include things they took because they found them during the search and think they're evidence of other crimes (assuming they collected anything of that nature)? I imagine it's a comprehensive inventory but would love one of our resident attorneys to confirm.
