We turned to tofu in desperation when my son was a toddler who would eat nothing. Have you tried tofu burgers? My husband makes them and they are delicious! We still eat them because we all like them now. I brought a leftover one for lunch today.

My husband doesn't do strict measurements, but he said it's about 3 cups of *4C seasoned breadcrumb to one brick of firm tofu. He just mixes it up and forms patties, then does them in a pan in a little bit of oil. We drain them a little on paper towels, but it isn't deep fried or anything. We don't have them on buns usually, just some ketchup or plain. We used to eat turkey burgers a lot but my son wouldn't eat them so out of desperation he tried making these and now we have them probably every other week at least. I hope it works!
* He only uses 4C and I have to agree that the seasoning is perfect for everything.
