Also, I love the I Breathe I'm Hungry blog. She has tons of good stuff, but I think her cheesy herb muffins are my favorite!
I'm doing ok with it. I am at the point though where I'm just not hungry and don't feel like eating. I'm also getting bored with dinner's and just lack the inspiration. Last night's meal was really good and a total of 2 carbs but after about 1/4 of the steak and 3 stalks of asparagus I was done. DH is just frustrating me because he'll make little comments like "I don't know what you can/can't eat". It's like dude I'm not giving into sweets, breads, pasta etc.

Sunday - I made carne asada street tacos. They were fine, but I would probably try another recipe next time. Monday - quesidilla Tuesday -one pot chicken sausage and orzo with green beans Wednesday - beef and broccoli fried rice Thursday - Chicken tamale bake Friday - ravioli with garlic bread and broccoli Saturday -broccoli and cheese soup with biscuits Sunday - 20 min honey garlic chicken with rice and green beans
I have seriously come to loathe dinner time. It is bad. That said, I have been making a lot of Skinny Taste recipes and love them.
Any favorites? I need some inspiration. She’s one of my go to blogs too. I recently did the green chicken enchiladas and they were great.
We like the Turkey taco skillet, Garlic-ginger chicken stir-fry, cheesy rotisserie chicken enchilada skillet, one pot spaghetti puttanesca, cuban picadillo served with the cilantro-lime rice, chopped feta salad and Asian chicken lettuce wraps.
noodleoo, not sure if you like shrimp, but the Skinnytaste shrimp and grits is amazing. I also love the blackened fish with key lime tartar sauce, the chicken sausage and peppers macaroni casserole, the lasagna soup... I could go on, lol.
